Two words, “Top Notch”. Everything about Knox Jewelers is top notch from their staff to their selection and to their workmanship. Brian Knox’s attention to detail is exceptional and his help during this process was truly amazing. My 20 year wedding anniversary was coming and I knew I wanted to do something special to mark this milestone. I was in a strange predicament in that I was in the process of changing jobs and did not have time to comb the local jewelry stores in Charleston SC to find the ring that met what I felt were requirements in the diamond ring that I was searching for. I started looking online and didn’t really find what I was looking for until I came across Knox Jewelers through an online ring forum. Not only did they have the design that I was looking for, but they had a number of rings to choose from as well. It can be a little nerve racking to buy something with that kind of value over the internet, but Brian sent pictures, talked to me about diamonds, settings, cuts, and the whole nine yards. He even worked with me on how to keep this a surprise from my wife. Top Notch!!

I heard about Knox jewelers via diamondring as Brian is one of the sponsoring jewelers on that site. There is definitely a reason why they've got 5 stars on here, and such an impressive reputation. The craftsmanship on the stunning ring my partner gave me is breath-taking, and the materials used are of the highest quality. We are also not a straight couple and so we wanted to go to a jeweler that was welcoming and positive about our relationship status to buy my engagement ring. We will absolutely be returning to get Brian and his team to do more custom work on more stuff for us down the line. Just beautiful. They also offer complimentary cleaning and twice yearly rhodium plating for white gold jewelry. Bottom line: friendly, trustworthy, and the best quality work you'll find.
