110% Satisfaction. I am happily married know with the most beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. Both unique and special because I know they were handcrafted for me. Living first overseas then in a rural area of the US, our search for rings was done online. I knew this ring was for me the minute I saw it and it was just as beautiful in person as the photos online. When the wedding band arrived there was a small flaw in the metal (a small chip where the diamonds met with the band), we contacted Brain at Knox and that same day we had a prepaid mailing label emailed to us, we returned the ring and had it back within a couple days, completely fixed and beautiful. He also had us send back the engagement ring at the same time so he could have it cleaned up for the wedding ceremony. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Brian and Knox Jewelry, I highly recommend purchasing from here whether it be in person or online.

Exceptional. Several months ago it started as a low key decision to finally get “the” ring. This is a 15-year relationship so this is not a “on bended knee” situation. I actually planned to pick one out, ready-made at a mall store chain jeweler. Friends convinced me otherwise so I ended up at a local, high-end, well-known jeweler where I had a less than desirable customer service experience. That bad experience led me to months of researching rings, diamonds and jewelers. I had settled on a half bezel setting from an online couture jewelry business, but just couldn’t bring myself to order it, and the diamond, sight unseen. When looking online I stumbled across the exact same ring at Knox Jewelers so I visited the store to try it on. Lo and behold, the ring looked terrible on my finger. I had a meltdown in the store, in front of Brent Knox. As I wallowed in self-pity, Brent softly encouraged that as long as I was in the store, I might as well look at some other styles. He assured me that the right ring for me was out there! He was patient and extremely helpful. Brent’s style and approach was in stark contrast to the first in-store experience I’d had at a different jeweler. The second ring I tried on at Knox was “the” ring. I’m wearing it proudly now and it is amazing.

I am very thankful to have found myself at Knox Jewelers. Brent was exceptionally easy to work with through the entire process and he never held my meltdown against me! From location (very accessible) to service (exceptional), to price (very reasonable) – it was all great! It was a pleasure doing business with this company (team Knox) and I will return for more jewelry!!

Exceptional Service, Exceptional Product. My wife and I searched all over to find the right place for our wedding bands. With only a few short months before the wedding, we got the tip to check out the Knox website. My wife liked a few of the designs from the web, but fell in love with one of the custom bands. We ordered it to match her engagement ring, which I had purchased at a different store (in DC). The timing was perfect. The match with the engagement ring was perfect. The service was exceptional. Simply the best.. Can't say enough good things about Knox Jewelers. My fiance designed my engagement ring there and was completely satisfied with the process. The craftsmanship of my ring is unbelievable. Not one minor imperfection to report and that is saying a lot coming from a perfectionist like me. Ryan Knox is incredibly personable without being an over the top salesman. Over the course of 6 months he worked with my fiance to make sure every aspect of the ring design was exactly what he wanted. Ryan patiently assisted my fiance through three different batches of diamonds and about a million different design proofs. We were so lucky to have found Knox Jewelers.

wonderful online ring-buying experience. After looking locally (Washington, DC) for engagement rings and not finding anything we loved, my financee and I found Knox Jewelers thanks to a Google image search. The more we looked around their page, the more excited we became. There were a dozen or more rings on their site that we liked more than every ring we had seen elsewhere!

We ended up customizing one of their designs, and the entire process was very painless. Despite not being able to see or touch the ring from half a continent away, I felt like I was making a well-informed decision, thanks to the pictures and CAD-style schematics that were emailed to me.

My fiancee is thrilled with the ring and has received many compliments. I am thrilled with the ring and especially with how easy and successful it was to work with Knox Jewelers to buy a ring from across the country.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! IN AFGHANISTAN. Honestly you have to hear the whole story to appreciate the service provided by Brian and company.

A couple of months ago I sent a message inquiring about purchasing a ring. I am currently working in Afghanistan so right from the start there were obstacles that we had to overcome.

I had a time frame in which I wanted to get the ring. Unfortunately, due to the extensive amount of work that goes into creating the ring that I wanted, we weren't able to make the deadline. No problem. Brian had a number of different ways that we could approach and solve the issue. We were able to devise a plan so that I had a ring during my vacation to propose with. (That doesn't include how they took the time to search for possible ways to ship it to me in Dubai and the Maldives. Probably time consuming but they gave it a try.)

So on a beautiful night in Maldives, under the light of the moon, I proposed, and she said yes. I contacted Brian as soon as possible and let him know that the ring fit perfectly. That very same day he had it in the mail on its way to Afghanistan.

Shortly after our vacation the ring arrived in Afghanistan. If you are looking at rings on the internet, please know this, it doesn't come close to the real thing! I opened the box and it glittered with a thousand rays of light! Unfortunately I had to restrain myself until I was able to see her at lunch and let her have the symbol of my love for her.

I walked her into the sunlight, got down on one knee again, and opened the box. If you could only see her face. Her facial expression was priceless. All the time that I waited and the patience of Brian and company paid off ten fold.

Honesty, I can never say enough how much I appreciate the help and attention to my personal situation here. You added a piece of magic to a beautiful future. Thank you!

Knox Jewelers - Feel Comfortable shopping here!. Brent was nothing less than perfect when walking through the design to manufacture and finally delivery of my engagement ring (A. Siempre). The process was very simple and I felt comfortable the entire time. The craftsmanship is exquisite and the ring is a one of a kind. He even sent me pictures of the entire process as the ring was being built to order! WOW!

Knox Jewelers. Brian was so easy to work with and very patient with all my questions, responding to my emails in a timely manner and always professional. Never did I feel as if he was rushing nor pressuring me to buy an ring, even though it took several months before making a decision. I live in the West Coast, and so all communications were done through emails and phone calls. If you're nervous about buying a ring via online, don't be with Knox Jewelers. The quality of the experience and especially the quality of the engagement ring was better than I could have imagined. My fiance absolutely loves it and continues to receive compliments from the people she meets.

I'm now ready to buy the wedding band, and have no hesitation about who's going to craft it...Knox!
