Waste of money.
I was misled to believe I would pay a certain amount for the total treatment time, not that amount each time. I came unshaved so they could see the quality of my hair before they made any recommendations on treatment and he never looked at it. I told him I didn't have a lot of hair (I didn't, maybe 6-8 hairs per square inch on my legs, thicker in my bikini and axillary areas, but none of my hair was coarse.
He told me, without looking, that it'd be 2-3 treatments. After the first treatment, I was told there would be a fee every time I came. I figured, at 2-3 treatments, I'm already 1/3-1/2 in now so might as well complete. Turns out I needed the full 5 treatments, and I still had hair!
Mind you, I came in on the schedule they recommended, driving over an hour each way, sometimes through storms to get there. I never missed an appointment.
It's now been 3 years and my hair is back to the way it started. Jason recommended a yearly upkeep treatment, which makes NO sense since he said that not all hairs are active at the same time and that's why you need several treatments at specific intervals. Once a year won't get all the hairs.
I spent thousands of dollars at this place and got no gain for it.
Later, I went to a wedding fair and there was a different company there offering a laser hair removal service package. I told them of my experience with Lazair and they told me that all other reputable laser hair removal companies offer a guarantee, that after 5 treatments if you still have hair that you get free treatments till it's gone.
Another thing they told me is the pain I experienced at Lazair was unnecessary. There are creams you should use before the sessions to numb the area to make the treatments bearable.
At Lazair I was clenching my fists just to keep still during the treatments. Jason kept asking "are you on your period?" Um, NO! Apparently he believes a woman on her period is more sensitive to pain... well, how about HE try a session or two and tell me what he thinks?
At one of the sessions, Jason was asking me about my divorce situation, specifically child support and visitation. He told me that if his wife left him he'd do whatever he could to not pay full child support. Um, I've seen you (AT BEST) five times, and you're sharing with me how you'd cheat your kids to get back at your wife? Nice!
If you want laser hair removal, do your homework. There are better systems, better companies, and better people to do the job.
Warning!. Never, ever go to this clinic. They burned the skin on my face. I have gone two several dermatologists who said the damage It is irreversible.
My Hair Is GONE!!!. I went to Lazair for laser hair removal, I was very skeptical at first seeing as I have been through numerous treatments at another laser clinic with really no results... well, not for the amount of money I was paying. I had one bikini and leg treatment at Lazair and I literally did not have to shave for about 2 and a half months. This is coming from the girl who literally has to shave everyday. I can not even begin to tell you how happy I am with my treatments. Plus their pricing was very fair and the staff was great. I would and do recommend to all my friends and family to go see Jason and his staff.
Best Tattoo Removal.
I went to several doctors in the area to have my tattoos removed. They were horrible. I found Lazair on google so I called them had a consultation and actually treated. I only treated one of my tattoos because I was so nervous from my previous doctors.
I must say I was shocked by how much they new and most of all the laser that they used was amazing. I am so happy that I went. I have had 4 treatments and my tattoo is gone and the best thing I have NO scarring! you would never no that I even had a tattoo.
Lazair is now treating the other two tatttoos that I have.
I love lazair.
Package explanations confusing, painful, they get you w/their enthusiasm. I went in to get my 1st laser hair removal treatment and everything went well and there was no pain, then I went in for my 2nd treatment and in my consultation I was told that there wouln't be much pain. There was a whole lot of pain in my 2nd and 3rd session. I was also told that it was cheaper if I purchased a package deal vs single sessions. I also remembered being told that it was good to get a package deal b/c I would get "free" follow-up/clean-up sessions for the few stubborn hairs. I asked about it in the 2nd session and was told that I would have to pay the full price for a single session. What's the point of getting a package deal again? If I hadn't paid for a package deal, I wouldn't have gone back the 3rd time nor the coming 4th and final time. I was sold on the manager's enthusiasm, he's a great salesperson!
Want some burn scars ?.
I've came in several times for minor lazer treatment of bearly visible veins around my nose. They made me wait for 15-20 mins for 3 min procedure. The treatments didnt work and guy there told me that you "never know" considering i was "only" paying $50 for each treatment. Well, last time i had it done they burned my nose pretty good,- and now i got a nasty pernament burn scar. The funny thing is ,they didnt even want to give my money back and the guy was trying to prove to me the "it was there before". The conversation ended in a hurry when the next custumer stepped in, and i was given a rebate check right away.
Want to see a Dr. Sleezbag? Go rigth ahead, I just hope you have a better expirience.
I had a really good experience at lazair, the treatments were painless, the staff was wonderful.. I was concerned about hair removal, but the staff at lazair were not only helpful, informative and compassionate towards my needs, but they were really knowledgeable as well. Having unwanted hair removed was easier than I thought. Thanks to Lazair.
