We love it here. We can't speak for everyone in the community, but our experience in Country View over the past 12 years has been great. We've raised our family here and we know and get along with all our neighbors on a personal level. Management and maintenance all go above and beyond when it comes to talking with the residents and handling needs and problems that come up. Those who complain and claim discrimination or bad treatment are usually those who've gotten in trouble or don't like to follow the same rules that everybody else has to follow, or those who want everything done for them. They'd like to do whatever they want whenever they want, and then they get angry when they're called out for it and told to clean up their act.

If you don't want a nice, orderly community and don't like to follow the same rules as everybody else, then don't live here. But if you want to live in a friendly community where most neighbors look out for and care about one another, we'd say check us out.

Greg and Angie. I agree with Trailertrash.

Greg and Angie discriminate on a regular basis. DH Gustafson has been called by residents complaining about Greg and poor reviews on the "How are we doing" survey. They do nothing to fix the problems. They make excuses for him and allow him to continue his discrimination.

Angies' friends are allowed to ride snowmobiles in the community while others are given notices to stop or eviction will result. Some residents speed in areas where children play. Greg is told who these people are and he does nothing. Trees need to be trimmed and Greg just gives us a tree saw to do it ourself. The rent was increased a few years ago specifically for tree trimming and snow removal. Owners of trampolines were told they can no longer have them becasue it is a liability to Countryview. It falls under the home owners home insurance. He stated that this was a change to the contracts. None of the other residents were notified of this change until the trampoline owners threatened to sue for discrimination.

Until the Greg and Angie are no longer managers here, I would not recommend Countryview to anyone.

Good community, great neighbors. I've loved living in Country View, having been here for nearly 20 years now. My neighbors are fantastic and have always been there to help in an emergency or to lend a hand with yard work, snow shoveling and more. The management is very professional and goes above and beyond to help when a problem comes up. No complaints here.

country view sucks. mike lied (hes a drunk) and Angie and Greg corrupt as hell. Angie just had a huge party that served alcohol ( keg) to minors. they let people they like get away with every thing and people they don't like get kicked out of the park.

Nice community, nice management. We've lived here for several years and really like it overall. Management does a good job of keeping us informed and keeping on top of things. Greg and Angie are great to deal with and have always been very approachable. Nice community.
