I went there looking for two products that have helped me with my plantar fasciitis. I wanted to get a night splint and a support I wear during the day. Since I wear these items every day/night, I wanted spares. I bought them online, but when I saw this store, I thought I would check it out.

The sales person I talked to told me that the product that I was using during the day would not be helpful. She said I might feel better, but that it would "not actually help." She told me I needed some specific item. My doctor said to try various options and go with whatever helped me feel better. According to the doctor, there isn't one solution for everybody. Since I already have something that works for me, I wasn't going to change based on this salesperson's opinion. I asked about the night splint. The only one they had was the size, and appearance, of a moon boot. I wanted the style that is more like a sock with velcro. They did not have that either.
