Poor Service.
The service here has been in decline of late. On top of waiting for a table, you can expect a long wait before anyone comes to take your order, and then expect gnerally slow service...waiting
forever a for a refill, the food or the check.
The food is only average bar food, for a better experiance try Lucky 13's in Mendota or Burger Moe's towards downtown on 7th.…
Good neighborhood place. I live in the neighborhood and enjoy going to Shamrocks. I have brought many friends there and introduced them to the place. I have had mostly positive experiences. Sometimes, like the person previously noted, I've ordered the hamburger and it has come out like a hockey puck. It must depend on who is cooking. It will be curious to see how they do when they add more space to the place.…
Best Burger in town. The place has the best burgers in the cities, but have a horrible waitstaff, I have eatn there about twenty times and each time you have to wait ten or fifteen minutes to get your order taken from the time you sit down, and getting the bill is another huge time wait, it just seems like they are either trained bad or not enough workers, but alot of the times there are alot of workers standing around, great burger, dont go if you are in hurry!!!…
Hamburgers to Die for!. I've always had good food and good service when I've come here the hamburgers are the best juicy done to perfection.
Consistently poor. I've gone here a number of times and almost every time I've gotten a comp because of either bad food or mistakes. The last time I went was the very last - I ordered a regular burger and asked for it medium. It came out so overdone I couldn't eat it. Now I know where the "hockey puck" expression came from. I kept going back because I know mistakes happen, and I wanted to like the place. But every time they overcook the burgers, forget what you ordered or make some other mistake. At least the manager tries to make up for it. But no more - I've found much better places.…
