Need Heat?. Need Heat? This is the company to use, everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful every step of the way. We just purchased a new furnace and Dave's made the process simple and easy to understand!
After Hours Service is Great!!!. Dave's After Hours Service is great! My furnace went out in the middle of the night and I made the call at 2am and within an hour the service tech was there and was able to tell me what was wrong and fixed the problem!!
Loved the Company. Dave's is easy to work with and was on time with everything. The installer was well trained. The price was reasonable for getting the top of the line product.
Best Service. I'm one-hundred percent satisfied with your company. Every time that someone has come into my home to install or service my furnace ... . All I need to do is call this number if I need any assistance.

Great Service. Dave's sincerity was refreshing, but his price was the selling factor. I had many bids and Dave was by far the best. Amy did a great job moving up my installation and it was altogether a pleasant experience
Beware of Dave. Dave himself managed my furnace installation fall of 2010. His employees were never on time and were very rude. To top it off today I returned from my two month Florida retirement vacation and had to hire a plumber to repair the burst pipes that resulted from Dave's brand new and faulty Bryant furnace. Dave insists that the furnace he sold be only four months ago is not his responsibility to repair so I then had to hire another HVAC contractor
Don't bother calling. We contacted Dave's when we were having furnace problem's. They came within 2 days later (now without heat for 3 days). dave said it only needed to be cleaned, so he did that. Right after he left when the furnace called for heat again, it would not ignite. We called and he said, oh it must be the sensor, so he ordered one and came back with it the next day (4 days without heat in December). Put it in and left - again when the furnace called for heat it would not ignite. Called back and he said oh, it must be the board which is about $400. so he said he would order one and call us when it was in. 2 WEEKS LATER (after heating our home with in-floor basement heat, our gas fireplace and a space heater) and after several calls from us, they finally come with the expensive part and to save money we installed ourselves. Still the SAME problem. Frustrated that Dave's would not return our calls. we called Eco-Air to come in and they assessed the problem immediately and were surprised that Dave did not check this problem first! So, now we have 2 UNNECESSARY expensive parts. We put the old ones back in and are hoping to sell the new ones on e-bay to try and get some of our money back. The furnace works great now. We will NEVER call Dave's again and suggest you don't either. This note is a very condensed version of everything that happened that was bad. Take this info and multiply by 4 and you'll understand. I hate to see what our gas and electric bills will look like trying to heat our home using the fireplace and space heaters for a MONTH.
This is my only knowledge of this issue, and I would be willing to look into this if you could call me and we could look into your service history. I would be willing to refund for any service charges if it is deemed necessary.

Good timely service!.
The service person arrived on time and fixed our heater quickly. They did not try to up-sell changing the complete furnace as we had experienced before. They were friendly, to the point and reasonably priced.
I would recommend them and will use them in the future if further service is required.
