It's an Applebee's. I don't need to go into detail, since this place pretty much defines "chain restaurant." You know what you're going to get. There don't seem to be a lot of alternatives around Cambridge, which probably helps to explain the crowds there on a Friday night. The bartender, though, needs some training in the basic gin martini. The first one arrived so wet (heavy on vermouth) as to be nearly undrinkable. After I asked for the next to be really dry, it arrived only slightly more dry. They added some gin to it, which didn't help much.
