GREAT HAIRCUTS/SERVICE - GREAT STAFF. I recently read the 2 reviews listed below and felt a response was absolutely necessary. Allure Salon/Spa is extremely professional and does an excellent job with haircuts, color, pedicures, etc. The owner has always gone out of her way to accommodate client needs and requests and always puts them first. The person who wrote these 2 reviews should be ashamed. I recommend this salon/spa to everyone I know. They have almost 10,000 clients. They must be doing something right!!!…
OWNER STANDS BEHIND SHODDY WORK. FOUND THIS SALON ONLINE...WEBSITE LOOKED PROFESSIONAL...GUESS LOOKS CAN BE DECIEVING. WENT THROUGH WITH STYLISST WHAT I WANTED DONE. BY THE TIME TO PROCESS WAS COMPLETE, I WAS IN TEARS. CALLED THE OWNER "KATE" AND ASKED FOR $ BACK. REFUSED ACCOMODATE REQUEST AT ALL. SAID I COULD COME BACK IN AND RECUT AND COLOR HAIR. MY POINT....IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. IF YOU ARE ADVERTISING A "PROFESSIONAL" SALON...LIVE UP TO IT. DID NOT WANT ANY MORE CUT OFF AS AM TRYING TO GROW MY HAIR OUT. IF THEY WOULD HAVE COLORED IT MORE MY HAIR WOULD HAVE BEEN FRIED. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE EVER!!!! DON'T GO HERE....IT WILL NOT TURN OUT THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO....AND NO COMPENSATION FOR A CRAPPY JOB.…
