Billy's has gone down hill. This place is unbelievable. The Manager is a wierdo. The bar staff are always drunk. You will especially appreciate the police escort when you leave as they are breaking up the latest of many fights. The food is horrible. This place used to be fun and you actually got waited on by the bar staff. It's a shame, not a lot to chose from in St. Francis.
