Great jewelry, dresses and gifts. Karma is a great addition to Grand Ave and was the first shop to bring bohemian and funky trendy women's styles to the area. Quince and Hot Mama followed and give Karma a good run for its money but I have found the best jewels in the rough at Karma. The shop itself has a cute sitting area in the back nestled next to a clearance rack that is ever changing, lots of great dresses, accessories like bright and colorful handbags, hats, headbands, and an array of remarkable jewelry up and down the price point scale -- check out the rings behind the glass case for something party-worthy and the display of oversized earrings to go with that perfect maxidress. I deducted half a point for running out of sizes quickly and half a point because I too (like other reviewers) have experienced the silence as I walked through the shop, but only a few times and only at night. However, I prefer that to employees paid on commission who tend to over-help. The owner herself is warm and friendly and takes an interest in anyone who comes in (she is generally there during the day) and runs a great small business. Finally, the recently implemented rewards program is such a good incentive to shop regularly and I love it. Every time you have purchased $100, you get $10 off your next purchase. It's simple and straight forward -- no points or rewards card, just give your name and email address and you are signed up, and every time you make a purchase, your receipt shows how many dollars you have to go until you reach $100. Thank you, Jada and staff! Karma is my favorite shop on Grand : )

Great clothes----Very poor customer service. I have spent a lot of money in this store ( & it is not cheap!), but I am getting annoyed at the fact that everytime I walk in, I am not greeted, looked at, or sometimes I am looked at and have nothing said to me....so much worse! This store is a very small boutique and sometimes I am the only person there, and will have nothing said to me the entire time, until I walk up to the counter to make a purchase. I realize that this is a small business, and money needs to be made, but making your customers feel welcome and appreciated in your store would vastly improve that. I do not know if I want to spend my money there anymore.

Find funky and feminine fashions, plus accessories at this upscale boutique on St. Paul's Grand Avenue.. In Short
Casual tops and sexy skirts from Free People share space with Frankie B jeans, Betsey Johnson dresses and other labels in a converted Victorian house with walls painted in purples and pinks. Fashionable teens from the neighborhood and suburbs and stylish women more than twice their age peruse the designer duds alongside the shelves of trendy totes like Trina Turk, girlie cute shoes from BC Footwear and Lulu Beauty cosmetics. Girlfriend gifts like unique soaps, candles and jewelry are prettily interspersed.

Best Boutique in the Twin Cities!. Karma has the cutest selection of clothes and accessories! It is the first place I shop when I visit St. Paul. There is something for everyone...Awesome jeans, unique handbags, the best designer brands, affordable prices, and great customer service! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love it!

Hidden Gem. I found out about Karma from a friend - and what a find it was! The store has a great energy and an even better selection of clothing and accesories. The best thing about Karma is that it has a high-end boutique feel, but with alot of really cute items that even I can afford. I probably shouldn't be writing this review, because then more people will go there and buy up everything that I would like to... I can't say enough good things, check it out!
