Excellent Professional Service - On time (Mr. J. Tkach worked with my schedule), analyzed problem quickly and correctly. Explained what my options were and got my computer back online very quickly. He also did a complimentary cleaning of my computer and keyboard. Very highly recommend this knowledgable friendly and professional computer guy.
