It is so nice to be able to buy gluten free products that are fresh and taste good. I used to struggle to make bread that my family would eat and now I don't have to, I just buy it from Bittersweet. It is family run by a family of celiacs so they understand the importance. They do not make anything with gluten, so you do not have to worry about cross contamination. If you do not need a gluten free diet, you may be surprised at their prices because producing gluten free products costs a lot more than gluten containing ones. Lareen clearly lists all ingredients on her website so you can check other ingredients as well. Many of her products are also casein (dairy) free so those who have children on the GFCF diet for autism can also shop there. Call ahead for special orders and she will have them ready. Several local health food stores also carry her products if you cannot get to the bakery during regular store hours.
