Salt Extravaganza!!. I went to Pei Wei on a date, hoping to fulfill my Asian fix. The restaurant was nice and clean and was filled with friendly and helpful employees. I was expecting a great dining experience. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the Thai Dinamite with crispy chicken. The first bite of the Thai Dinamite was an explosion alright, an explosion of sour and salt! The dish was terrible. Very poorly seasoned. I was expecting more from the Pad Thai but was just as equally disappointed. Noodles were drenched in a salty sauce that was far from authentic slightly sweet and sour Pad Thai. I would rather wait until Yang's is open and satisfy my Asian craving there. At least they serve food with their salt.

FOUND BEETLE IN MY FOOD!!!. Used to go to Pei Wei Woodbury often, dispite hearing a few bad rumors. While eating leftover teriakyi chicken bowl, I tasted something 'different'. Thought it was a spice. Then I crunched on something, and thought it must have been shellfish that was in my salad by accident.

Much to my dismay, it was a big black beetle with tiny little legs!!!

Worse yet, management was rude to me about it! Even suggested that I might have put the beetle in there myself! Took me FOUR calls to the corporate office just get my $9 dollars back!

Disgusting experience, horrible customer service - will never eat there again.
