Long wait, poor service. I had received a restaurants dot com certificate for $25 that I used for Pino's because it was nearby to parents home. We went there for dinner tonight and arrived around 4:50. They open at 5 so we waited in the car for a few minutes. When it was a few minutes after 5 we went to the door. It was still locked, and then a SUV pulled up with the owner and about 4 employees. This was the first bad sign, since nothing was prepped, ovens wouldn't be on, heck even the lights. So we sat down and waited while the disoriented waitresses took our drink orders. It took awhile to get that, and then once we ordered our food we waited for a horrifying hour and a half. I had my 6 year old with, and trust me, it wasn't fun for her either. When we did get our meal, the food was good, but felt over priced for the portions. The salad was quite sad, as mentioned by other reviewers, and also the drinks were never offered to be refilled. The use of the restaurants dot com coupon added an automatic 18% gratuity, which would definitely not have been given if not required. While the food was good, it was not worth the time or money spent on it. We will not be going back.

Decent Food, Poor Service. Our whole time took 1 hour 45 minutes. We were going to go to the Beirstube next door and probably should have. It took forever to get an order in and forever to get our food. Salad was prepackaged stuff, not fresh. Garlic toast was small and so garlicky it was spicy. Bread was dried out and not very good.

I had the fettuccine with prosciutto and mushrooms, it was quite good. Pasta appeared to be fresh and homemade, sauce was very buttery but good.

Kids had spaghetti and meatballs, it was passable.

Again the service was horrendous, I never got a refill on my coke and during the time we were there we watched a number of people come sit down then leave. There was no bar tender on staff and probably only 1-2 waitresses for the establishment.

Never again. This is the worst food I've ever had. The service was good, but the food was terrible. There is no way that this place should be in business.

4 groups walked out, we wish we were one of them. I guess when you see four groups of people walk out of the restaurant in the space of the hour, this is probably a hint that something is wrong. Most of the people walked about primarily because the service was terrible _ being seated and never getting an order taken, the two highschool age waiters know nothing about the menu and can't be found to fill water or deliver the bill.

My meal was ok, but my wife's lasagna was lasagna soup. Their bruchetta was $7 for four small pieces slightly larger than dollar coins with no basil- it looked like they sprinkled dried parsley on top instead. The salad was packaged iceberg lettice w/ carrots- no croutons. The Olive Garden makes better Italian food, and cheaper than this place. I have been to Italy twice and this was very disappointing. I can't understand how a company can be in business and operate that poorly.

Slow, tacky, bad service. My husband and I went on a Saturday night. It is located in a strip mall so we were not expecting too much from this place. We ordered Bruschetta for an appetizer. It was soggy. The tomatoes were mushy. Not a great way to start a meal.

For dinner we ordered a pizza to share. It took close to an hour for our pizza to arrive at our table. Not once did the server apologize for the slow service. Nor did she explain why it was taking so long when there were only 4 other tables filled.

During our wait we witnessed another table ask to speak to the owner. She was told to wait by the bar and he would come out. He never did and she ended up leaving.

Another couple got sick of waiting for their food. They told the waiter they were leaving and started towards the door. The owner, Pino, started yelling at them in Italian from the kitchen (across the room).

The piaza we ordered was flavorless. I have had better pizza at Pizza Hut with less drama!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the tiramisu was very good.

But the bad food, tacky decor, and rude behavior were not worth the $50 and 1 1/2 hours we wasted there.
