This store is fantastic! Very well laid out with huge selection at good prices. Carol the owner is a former teacher who is very nice and helpful. If she doesn't have what you are looking for (which is rare) she will order it for you. Great store your teaching needs and gifts too!

Good Deals!. I have passed Teacher's Pet many times on my way through Anoka and recently stopped in. i didn't expect the store to be so expansive, it just kept winding to another area. I found several items for my classroom including a pocket chart that I couldn't find any place else and I really didn't want to order and pay shipping.

I also got some sight word games that I hadn't seen before. They have library pockets, self-adhesive ones, that I have been searching for and was thrilled to find!! I changed grade levels this year from 5th to 2nd grade and was so glad to find used books in almost new condition for my class library! I know I saved a lot just on the books, but I happened to stop when they were having a 15% off sale so I saved even more! Glad I stopped and wished I had sooner! I'll be back!

Fun store. This is my first year teaching and I wasn't sure where to go or what to get. I found Teacher's Pet on google and went there kind of on a whim. I was very pleasantly surprised! I found so many great ideas and cute bulletin board sets. I bought tons of stuff- prices were very reasonable, I even found clearance items for a steal.

Love to shop there!. I live in Anoka and just recently found this shop hidden in the old Post Office building. It is actually quite the gem- I have 3 kids and always need ideas to keep them busy over the summer. The owner, who is frequently there when I shop always can find just the right thing. My kids love it because the books are used so I let them buy more. Great store!

High Prices, Rude Service. I used to go to Teacher's Pet quite often, despite the high prices, to support a locally owned business. However, after being treated extremely rudely by the owner and hearing from friends about their rude treatment at this store, I will no longer shop here. If you want friendly, helpful service, this is NOT the place to go.
