Awesome Power!!
by Lynette Rainer at Citysearch
My husband brought my Audi in to get a new engine put in. After it was in the shop, I became very leary after reading some of the reviews posted on this site. During the whole process, Chris called me and asked/updated me on any new parts to be added and what had been done. Even after everything was installed and ready for pickup, I was still skeptical. However, I received a complete itemized bill for everything and my car runs GREAT!!! It runs way better than when I brought it home from the dealer. I am very impressed with the "Get up and go" and electrical wiring that was done. I will be bringing my vehicle back for oil changes, and I will update the site if anything changes.
Good Service

Nice professional service, repair cost much less then the dealer and they showed me what was wrong and how it broke.
Great Oil Change Service
by Dave Eric at Citysearch
I have been impressed with Complete Auto's Castrol oil change program where you get a $7 rebate back from castrol towards your next oil change and then after you have had 4 oil changes you get the 5th oil change for free.
The Castrol GTX oil speaks for it self and the multipoint inspection for peace of mind is huge. If you want to visit a place that does not try to sell you repairs that you dont need.
Outstanding Alignment Service
by AutoGuy at Citysearch
I wanted to write a review based on the alignment expierence I had recently which was excellent.
I previously had my VW aligned twice by Tires Plus and my car continued to wear the inside edge of the tires and after visiting another shop who said they could not perform the full alignment on my car which was a frame and alignment shop suggested I contact Complete Auto Service in Blaine.
Jim S. at Complete went intop great detail and explained the alignment process where there are three adjustments that count which are Toe, Camber, & Caster. Apparently most quickie alignment shops only doe a toe in alignment and do not adjust the Camber & Caster.
After being shown how the jetta's alignment is only partly adjustable from the factory and how some after market alignment kits work they were installed and the car has never driven straighter or handled so well and it was well worth the cost.
After I previously paid others for 3 alignment's for over $210 that never fixed my alignment tire wear concerns. I now spent $228 to have the alignment fixed correctly.
I have learned that in my 55 years of life expierence that you get what you pay for.
Complete Auto Svc RIP-OFF--------
by himn9611 at Citysearch
I hate writing a poor review, but I have to get this out. NEVER will I step foot in this place again. I really wished I would have read the past reviews prior before trying this place out. My experience was a combo of the "$45dollar basic oil change" and "One Stop Rip Off Shop"--------- This is closer to home, so I thought I'd try them out.
Trust your gut when something doesn't feel right--------. They've got some smooth talkers here. After 1/2 hour of waiting (I'd made an appointment, too...), they said everything looked fine and they were gonna go through with the alignment. Ten minutes later, the man comes to me to tell me I have broken pieces in the rear and it would cost $150 a piece, they didn't have the parts at the store so they'd need to order the parts special and I'd normally have to keep my car there until the service was complete but they were (and I quote) "doing [me] a favor" by letting me purchase the parts there before they put my car back together so I can come back and get them put in. After 45 minutes of discussing things and them "showing" me my car's unbalanced alignment at the time (might I add that in hind sight, they never pointed out the "broken parts" on my vehicle even thought they had it propped up. I didn't think of asking at the time as I was overwhelmed with their talking/explaining.
I made a couple phone calls, one to my regular auto care shop (Vroom Auto Care--they were confused about the parts and the alignment process and offered to look at it for absolutely free) and the other phone call to my significant other who confirmed my gut feeling to get the hell out of there.
This Complete Auto Rip-Off place would not let me get my car back w/o paying their $$$45 dollar for NOTHING fee.
I brought my car in to Vroom Auto Care and they did my wheel alignment completely fine. Picking up my car, I asked them if they found any broken or bent parts during the process. They confirmed that if there were any loose or broken parts to a vehicle, an alignment could not be done, but everything went fine with my car and it was set to go. Might I add that my car is still running great.
So basically, I went into Complete Auto Svc for a wheel alignment and came out with absolutely nothing done but was charged a $45 fee for having them "look at my car".
My brother tells me I need to go back in with my receipts (especially of the one with the completed alignment) and question their work and their business. It is not my fault that this company was unable to go through with an alignment yet I had to pay $45 just to get my car back in its original condition??
It's not my fault that they were betting on me going with them and having to pay $576 for a service that I don't need right now. IF ANOTHER CAR SHOP CAN DO A SERVICE and confirm that new parts are not needed on the car in order to do the service, WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE?
I am a person who gives people and businesses a benefit of the doubt, but I can't with this place; Not after what I went through last week.
This not only wasted almost 2 hours of my time and $45 of my income, but it was NOT WORTH the enticing "$10 discount" from Discount Tire that I didn't even get to use.
TAKE YOUR CAR AND MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE or Good Luck--------
