I've been going to Take Care Chiro. for a year now. I had some chronic back issues that I really needed to take care of. Dr. Oste and his staff have helped me a lot. In addition to regular adjustments, I've gotten regular massages from Ben. They're awesome! The staff at Take Care treats you like a member of the family all while providing top-notch, professional care. I highly recommend these folks.

Take Care is an extremely welcoming
facility. All staff members are highly knowledgeable and treat you as family. I have always felt like my health and wellness are top priority when I walk in their doors. The doctors keep up to date with your treatment progress to make sure both they and I are doing our parts to live healthy at work and home. They continually provide feedback and suggestions aside form normal appointments and adjustments.
Dr Oste knows his stuff and is a great educator. He pushes clients to live healthy and explains the cost and benefits of how to take care of your self in a very easy to follow/relate to manner.
I have been using Take care for 2 months and feel a lot better. My neck problems are basically non existent; while the stretching classes and adjustments continue to get my lower back to where I want it to be.
Take Care is extremely flexible for people with busy work schedules. It’s very easy to pop in and out during the day for an appointment.
I would definitely recommend Take Care Chiro

Take Care Chiropractic is the whole package for well-being. Their services truly work, they have a variety of ways to help people feel their best, and they are focused on true progress. They are professional and want their clients to feel "at home" - I highly recommend them!

Fantastic.....
Take Care Chiropractic rocks!! Great people, great atmosphere and their chiropractic care works!!
All within a short walk from any where downtown Minneapolis, the treatments are quick (easily done during a break or during lunch). They even have the option of massage before, after or as a stress release from work. Oh yeah!
Take Care Chiropractic has my recommendation!

Very calming and cozy atmosphere, very helpful people. The doctors there really lived the wellness lifestyle they talk about. They "walk the walk." They are great at educating me about my body and what i can do to improve my health, and how it's about prevention and starting at a young age. I've never felt so energetic and strong! Thank you!
