Love the Wood Shed!. My office recently had a meeting in their private room, which seats up to 50 guests. Our party had about 42 people in there and there was still plenty of walking space to mingle with drinks and appetizers. Their 60 inch plasma TV was above the fireplace so we got to watch a Wild game after our meeting was over. The two servers provided excellent service. Even though we had 42 people in there, the dining room was almost packed. The kitchen knocked out our food promptly; which is surprising because a lot of restaurants where we've had previous meetings take too long for the food to come out and is still hot when it gets to us. Everyone raved about the food! Our business owner is one of the most demanding people I know about service and quality food for our meetings. He even pulled aside the manager and gave tons of compliments to all their staff, which I've never seen him do before. He also commented that he'd like to continue using Woody's on a regular basis now for future meetings since the office is only about 20 minutes from downtown Mnpls. I live in Woodbury and for me, it's definitely worth the drive for their menu!

Great Food, Location and Prices. Woody's has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Service was great and on top of everything. Love the pizzas - salads and walleye! The cookies are amazing. It is so easy to get to versus heading downtown. They also have a new Sunday Brunch that the kids loved.

Great Brunch. Went for first time because we had a Brunch coupon. Hey, it was for $10.00 off! Anyway great Bloody Mary's.

The buffet is huge! It wrapped around the bar and there was a chef at a carving station. The food is presented beautifully and we scored a table right by a fireplace. We were going to leave after we ate, but the Game was on in the lounge so we spent the afternoon with a great bartender; Lonnie. The service was excellent and we spent about four hours there in total, which is about three hours longer than my husband ever spends dining with me!

I'll go back again, but I am bringing my girlfriends next time.

New Favorite Dining. No bother to drive to the city anymore...My associates and I decided to stay local to the western suburbs for dinner last weekend instead of fighting traffic into Minneapolis. We have heard from others in the office about Woody's Grille often, however thought the finest dining was in downtown. Wow were we wrong!! Although there was a slight wait, the hostess checked our coats and brought us cocktails. Within 10 minutes we had a large comfortable booth in front of the fireplace. Service is extremely knowledgable and sold us the best prime rib we have had in years. We drank our scoth and truly enjoyed the overall experience. We will definately be back.
