Not good food. Bland Burrito!. This place is awful. The employees are unfriendly. The food is bland. I don't think I'll go here again. Waste of money.

Don't go to this place!!!!!! Save your hard earned dollars!! Never again!!. I have been here a few times and the food has always been mediocre.

They try to rip you off if you go there on the weekend after midnight. They have a special "late night menu" which is just their regular menu at higher prices to take advantage of drunk people.

The employees always seem like a bunch of dudes who don't care.

This was confirmed for me when I tried to go there and it was closed before it's regular time. When I called to inquire what the actual closing time is, I was hung up on.

After many tries to contact the owner I still have yet to receive a call from him

These are not the actions of an establishment who wants my business. Why should I spend my money on a business that doesn't care about it's customers? Especially in today's economy. In all honesty, I have received more respect at White Castle. (Not a joke, the one on Hwy 7)

Disappointing. I'd been meaning to try Burrito Loco for months and finally had the opportunity yesterday at lunch. I wish now that I hadn't bothered. My grilled chicken burrito loco was flavorless, the salsa that came with the chips was bland, and the chips themselves tasted like crunchy nothing. The tables in the dining room were dirty, which couldn't be blamed on the lunch rush as there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The restroom smelled awful and the door didn't lock properly. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful, but that's pretty much the only thing this place had going for it. I was deeply disappointed and I won't be going back.
