Worst customer service ever!. Avoid this store at all costs. They will not honor their "no lemon" guarantee. They couldn't fix my fridge after six attempts. When I called asking for a replacement (the "no lemon" promise is printed right on the receipt and states that they will replace a product after three repair attempts), the customer service rep was rude and told me they do not do replacements and I was ignorant for believing what was printed on the bill of sale. They are the worst of both worlds---dishonest and incompetent.

Excellent service. Both my sales experience at Warner Stellian, and the intelligent, on-time, and friendly, delivery crew, made my experience a pleasant one. I bought a Fridgidaire stove and overhead microwave. You wouldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the 2 installation crew members worked together to remove my old appliances and install the new ones. I also want to mention that I bought my Maytag refrigerator from Warner Stellian about 3 years ago, and had the same experience. Purely professional. I love it because they all match -- black and stainless steel. Top quality. Worth every penny and I like the fact that they recycle your old appliances.
