Great shopping here! This store has by far the kindest staff. They are all so helpful finding items, helping come up with outfits and always want you to feel great about what you wear. I always leave with a smile after shopping there. I have consigned only two times, but will for sure be consigning again. They were efficient, and the clothes they passed on they gave me the explanation as to why. Keep up the GREAT work!

Home store in Andover MN: regular lady could be a LOT nicer. Grumpy to patrons and to coworkers. Several visits, she's never friendly

Poor customer service tonight. First I want to say I love to bring my items to this consignment store. Tonight was a bad experience though. After driving 67 miles to get my stuff there before the cut off time (7:00), I arrived 10 minutes early. I brought my items back to the "consigning" area in back of the store where consigners always bring items to be consigned and a sales associate approached me and asked if she could help me. I told her I just brought in a few items to get consigned. She told me, "I'm sorry consigning hours are over now", I looked at the clock and said NO, there's still 7 minutes left. "Oh, I'm sorry I thought it was after 7:00. "ok, then bring your things up to the desk to get them looked at". I already had the form filled out and the girl working up there said to put them on the rack and she would look at them when she got a chance. There was at least six customers in line waiting to pay, meanwhile girl in back doing who knows what but not helping out where she was needed. After waiting for 45 minutes I finally grabbed my stuff and walked out. What a waste of time this was for me tonight.
