Stopped going. I stopped going to Extrados quite a while ago. I didn't like their cancellation policy and I also found Rayann to be very rude. She did my brow and bikini waxing. One time she scolded me because I plucked a few eyebrow hairs! I never felt like the customer when I saw her. She was arrogant and condescending. I had been referred to this place by a friend, but I don't know why she likes it. I don't go anymore and I would not recommend it.

Poor Service. This place has terrible service...They have several people that work the front desk, yet nobody can book an appointment accuratly...I have been confirmed for wrong times and had appointments booked but yet they forgot to book all the services...Who runs a business this way?

The manager Rayann is bitchy, and isn't pleasant on any level. She doesn't understand the words "customer service" doing paperwork or office stuff often takes priority over a customer.

As well, they never have anything in stock when you want to purchase something. Why tell me about it and get me to want to purchase it and then you don't have it...They will order it for you, but want you to pay for it up fron,,,and of course come back again a week later to get it..Are they serious?? Do you really think I have time to keep coming to your salon to get products that you should have had in stock!

Tony the colorist is wonderful..If it wasn't for Tony, this place would have ZERO BUSINESS!

WORST BROW WAX EVER!!!. Well, I went to Extrados to see Tiffany, but when I got there I was put with Jennifer. I new the second I looked at her tattoos hanging out everywhere, I was in trouble. I should have walked out, but because I had thought Extrados had a good reputation for eyebrows I stayed. First of all, Jennifer smelled like an ash tray which is disgusting to have in your face even for 15 minutes. Then she completely butchered my eyebrows, and had enough nerve to tell me I needed to grow back a few areas that she plucked out!! This girl has no business waxing anyone, it was by far the WORST BROW WAX EVER!! I'm so disappointed in Extrados, they have really dropped the ball on training their Brow Artists.

Brook and Tiffany, both formerly of Extrados, are now at The Brow Studio! Give them a call at 612-823-BROW (2769) to book your appointment! The new place is so amazing! Great job ladies!

Bankrupt. I can't wait until the economy takes hold of this trash dump. I just learned that one of their best employees left, and many more preceded her. No reason to go here anymore.

WONDERFUL SERVICE - I FEEL BEAUTIFUL!. Clearly those unhappy with an experience must be thinking of another salon... nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Extrados. Professional, pleasant staff. Skilled technicians in waxing, facials, make-up application. With three great locations, why go anywhere else?

Dirty-Unorganized-Unstocked-. I am glad I read about someone's bad experience here in August. I had the same problem! The owner was the one that did my brows- and she consistently talked over me! She was bellowing at her employees and didn't seem like she cared I was in her chair at all!! They never have the product I need- even though they try to sell it to me all the time. I will not be going back here. I just can't stand it anymore! She is pushy, and rude- and obviously thinks she is better than me. I also agree about the tight pants and muffin top! You don't look like a business owner. Put some clothes appropriate for a business on- and then we'll talk about your ishy attitude.

Closing. So the word is out that the greedy owner will have to shut down this location due to poor finances and management. One down two to go, no reason to go to Extrados at all and now that this location is closing it should be obvious the owner does not know how to run a business at all.

I finally have good eyebrows!. If you are asian this is the place for you. I've always struggled with my eyebrows, until now. My experience was so good! I could not believe how great my brows look. I had Brook and she really does an amazing job at eyebrows. She also recommended an eyelash perm which I've never heard of. My eyelashes are so straight and thin I thought it would be impossible to make them curl. But, yet again I was proven wrong! I love the eyelash perm and now I'm addicted. Extrados is one step ahead of the rest of the spas in minneapolis. I'm hooked!

The BEST spa for brows in mpls!. I found this spa because of a review I read on this site. I had been growing my eyebrows out after a bad wax at another spa, so I really needed some help. I would recommend Brooke to everyone! She did an amazing job. She showed me what areas I need to work on growing back, and how to color them in with make up while they grow back. I've never had anyone spend as much detailed attention to my eyebrows. It was slightly more than I would normally pay for a brow wax, but worth every penny. If you need help with your everybrow please go see Brooke!
