Tips for Trader Joe's

TRADER JOES. I love Trader Joe's.

The food is high quality, much of it is creative and not run of the mill. Much or most is Organic. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the high quality of Food and Merchandise. I shop there in any state I am visiting when I travel. I occasionally go to the Twin Cities,MN to to shop there. But 3 hours, one way is a long way to go. It's hard to find the time to get down there. I wish there was a Trader Joe's in the Duluth, MN area or general area. If there was, I would do 90% or better of my Grocery Shopping there. I would be an avid spoke's person for Trader Joe's telling every one I meet, to check it out. I already have encouraged many people to take the drive now to visit the store in Minneapolis and I tell every one who has a store nearby, the benefits of shopping there. Please bring a Trader Joe's to Northern Minnesota.

Lots of variety-good prices. I was ecstatic when Trader Joe's finally came to Minnesota. This place is fantastic. I love that they have a fair selection of organic products. It is not a huge store like Wholefoods, and not everything is organic, so if that matters to you read the label but they have packed quite a bit of variety in their store space. Very high quality fresh, frozen or prepared foods. Lots of unique one of a kind items and imports. Impressive fresh meat case and deli foods. The cheeses alone are worth the trip. All kinds of teas, coffee, exotic juices, etc. Wonderful sweets. Where can you get a triple pack of Belgium chocolate bars for less than two bucks? I also buy my kitty and doggie treats here. They also have a liquor section that isn't as big as most but it's still a decent place to pick up a table wine or try an interesting imported brew. Lots of there beer imports are even sold singly by the bottle. Oh, and their prices can't be beat. Very reasonable. A great place.

Fresh produce and gourmet frozen foods sold at affordable prices.. In Short
Founder Joseph Coulombe started this L.A.-based convenience chain 34 years ago. Today, you can get exotic, prepackaged frozen foods, fresh salsas, huge portobello mushrooms, baby artichokes and heirloom tomatoes fresher--and cheaper--than at most supermarkets. Inexpensive meat, fish, coffees and teas, dozens of cheeses, grains and pastas cram the shelves. The frozen section features tasty treats, including barbecue chicken pizzas, mushroom risotto and salmon patties. Beer, wine and liquor sections are stocked with very affordable labels.
