The ONLY jewelry store I'll go to!. Monique's White Diamonds is the only jewelry store I will go to. It all started when I needed some work done on my Grandma's engagement ring I inherited. After that my husband and I have gotten my custom engagement ring, a wedding band, his custom wedding band, a gorgeous strand of pearls and I'm hoping much more... Husband: that is your hint. ;) Ladies, Monique will remember what you like and direct your significant other in the right direction. Their custom work is fabulous and you get an excellent bang for your buck here, the best I've found. Additionally, their store just moved to a location that is much easier to find... Right on the main drag in Wayzata, down the road from Sunsets restaurant. Go to Monique's!

Excellent Service and Prices. It was a pleasure shopping at M.W.D. Monique gave me specialized service with many engagement ring options. Her expertise, guidance, honesty and wholesale pricing were unmatched by anyone. I walked out with a much larger, higher quality ring set than I would have gotten anyplace else for the same money. My girlfriend was impressed with the calibre of ring I presented when I popped "The Question." We went back for my wedding band and I was impressed all over again. Put this place on your short list.

Amazing experience!. We could not have asked for a better experience than we had with Monique. She was so helpful and informative. She listened to our budget and specifications of what we wanted in a diamond. She got many beautiful diamonds for us, it was hard to choose one. We changed our mind on specifications and she even brought more in for us! She never said "no" and was positive about everything we were looking for. She helped us decide between two we were stuck on, and I found out later she steered us to the one that was least costly because she thought it was a more beautiful stone. She was honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! We will be getting our wedding bands and any other jewelry from her in the future. She is such a far cry from those cookie-cutter diamond stores. We couldn't have asked for a better time and more fun experience!

Simply The Best. You will never find a more fair, honest, sincere, knowledgeable diamond person in the business. Period. Monique is a straight shooter. She will tell you exactly what your jewelry is worth and will almost certainly GIVE YOU WHAT IT'S WORTH ON THE OPEN MARKET. She is not in the business of screwing customers, either buying or selling. Not only is the jewelry she sells unique and exquisite, you can rest assured you are getting the BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. My wife sold one of her older diamonds to Monique and she told me EXACTLY what she was going to do with it and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for it. You want a REAL "friend in the diamond business"? Seek out Monique.

Unbelievable personalized service!!!. I went to three places to sell my gold rings, and hands down Monique gave me the best prices, literally over $100 more. She even cut off the diamond encrusted face of my ring so I could one day use it to make a lapel pin, and she did it... FOR FREE!!!

My friend is renewing her vows and getting a new ring set. Monique is getting her the same rings she picked out on the internet for the same price, except with upgraded diamonds--her son is a diamond wholesaler-- and she has access to literally thousands of handpicked diamonds in a day's notice.

What is the downside to her services? On weekends you may have to make a reservation for a personal showing. But actually it's a better experience because you get her undivided attention in a quiet store and the expertise of a real jeweler and NOT an ignorant impatient salesperson jockeying between customers who doesn't know anything about diamonds. Nothing about the process is rushed...it's savored and enjoyed experience like sipping fine wine at wine-tasting event, by both you and her.

If you only care about getting the best diamond for the best price OR getting the best personalized service to get exactly what you want, you'll be pleased, because Monique will give you both!

We could not be happier!. My husband and I first went to Monique's in 2007 to look at engagement rings. I fell in love with my unique Viachi ring! Monique made the entire process of ordering our rings and selecting the perfect diamond a wonderful and memorable expierence! We could not have asked for better customers service, and our rings are absolutly stunning!

We have gone to Monique's several times since then. We are always enjoy a pleasant expierence and are very impressed with Monique's personal service to our family. I highly recomommed Monique's White Diamonds to any one looking for a quality jeweler!

We will definatly continue to be loyal customer's to Monique. She has a very unique variety of wedding rings as well as many other studding jewlery selections. I look forward to buying from her in the futuer and have no doubts she will continue to exceed my expectations with outstanding service and breath taking jewelry!!

Monique Delivers the Dream!. I wanted to buy a cross for my grandson's confirmation and Christmas present. I had been looking with no luck for some time for a large plain cross. My grandson is 6'3" tall and weighs over 300 lbs so a dainty little cross just would not work. When I received the "Big Deal" notice from Angie's list from Monique's I decided to contact her to see if perhaps she could help me. I visited her shop in late November. We looked through three large catalogues and I still did not like anything that was available to order. Monique then offered to custom design what I described to her. She sketched it out and described the process. I decided that was the only way I could get exactly what I had in mind. She then helped me select the chain. Monique suggested that since the cross was large that the chain could pass through a hole in the top of the cross and eliminate the link that is normally attached to a pendant to allow it to hang on a chain. I thought the idea was brilliant. Instead of the rope chain I thought I wanted, she suggested a wheat chain that was smooth and would allow the cross to slide easily. I agreed. Monique then set about calling her experts and having the cross created. At each step in the process she was in contact with me. We were in complete agreement on each detail. Finally it was finished and there was only the engraving to be done on the back. Again it was sent to an expert. I asked for the engraving to say "To Alex, from Gramma Sue, Christmas 2010. The engraver "made a mistake" and put on the back of the cross "To Alex, Love, Gramma Sue, Christmas 2010. What a perfect "mistake". That is actually what I meant to put on the cross but went brain dead when Monique asked me to write down the engraving message. Again, her experts came through. My grandson found the cross on Christmas morning in the toe of a new pair of slippers. He put it on and hasn't taken it off yet. Monique hit a home run that went right out of the park.

Best in the Midwest!. This review is severely overdue but that is no fault but our own. We got engaged over Thanksgiving and the next thing we knew, the holidays were here. Now that holiday stress is all over, we have the time to give Monique and her establish the review they so justly deserve. We come from a big city in the Midwest that claims to have their own jewelry district. And it does...but it is NOTHING compared to Monique's singular shop. We found Monique through Viachi's website. She is the only authorized reseller of his jewelry in this part of the country. We emailed her what we were looking for in terms of the ring's setting and stone and she was always very prompt and professional in her replies. She was polite and warm even through such an impersonal medium as email. In a couple of weeks, we drove up to see her (8 hours each way) on a Sunday. She was willing to open up her store during non-operating hours to accommodate our busy schedule. Her son, Dean, did an amazing job finding the perfect diamond that fit our budget and the diamond is unbelievable. Our family and friends were blown away by the ring. Some strangers have stopped us to compliment the ring. Monique and Dean are both so wonderful and such good people. We never once felt like we were being scammed (and we got a lot of them from the other places we've been, especially since people thought we were young and stupid). What really convinced us of their good intentions? -- We were down to 2 diamonds and couldn't decide. They suggested the lesser priced one because it was cut in a way to best complemented my ornate ring setting. They could have easily made a couple more grand by suggesting the other one. However, they kept our budget in mind and kept the overall look of our ring in mind. They're going to have to make a profit (it's a business after all) but they still considered us and our style. It felt like they wanted to make sure I had the right ring, no matter what it cost or didn't cost. Best service we've had, best selection of diamonds we've seen, and two of the nicest people we've ever met. Overall the experience of ring shopping was phenomenal and we have Monique and Dean to thank for it.

We know Monique and Dean will make other couples out there just as happy as we are with our ring :)

Great Service/Great Selection. We went to Monique to trade in an older diamond ring. Monique was so helpful & knowledgeable. She gave us a great price for our trade-in so that we both were able to get beautiful new rings that we both love & will cherish forever. She has a great selection & her prices are very affordable. We had a great experience & would recommend that you visit her showroom as you will not be disappointed.

Best Personal Jeweler in the Twin Cities. Monique made finding the perfect engagement and wedding rings as great an experience I always imagined it would be. She designed a beautiful ring and we were able to purchase it for less than we could have at any other jeweler in the area. Whether you want an original design or something from one of the top designer's collections, she can make it happen.
