I paid off my loan in full two months early. I go to check my bank account a few days later, and they had charged me another payment! Called them, they said there was nothing they can do about the overdraft fees and that they will mail me a check for the over payment, but that would be 15-20 days later. They claim they ONLY look at accounts that have late payments or if the customer calls, otherwise they don't keep track of any other accounts. So I ended up owing my bank fees, and have to wait a month before I get the check of my money that they were not supposed to take out. The person was really rude over the phone as well. My uncle has also had many problems with this company, and they even hung up the phone on him.

Try to avoid, if possible.

discriminated against me cause i don't have a license. sold me a car without doing a safety inspection, warranty company gave me "the runaround", finance company didn't even care.

poor customer service. that tammy sounds too familiar. first, i had to put my car in the shop, after 6mos having it, needed a motor, (under warranty) the shop had my car for a month and they would not work with me on my payments, they did threaten to take my car for being 3 days late as well. then i switched jobs and then my pay period changed, they will not let me change my payment date, they told me i need to get a car payment ahead..aint that a b****

bad business, rude reps. UAC has rude reps, i had bought 3 cars from these people and had no problem till i bought my 3rd car.... i was 3 days behind in my car payments and instead of trying to call me they harassed my friends and family to try to get the payments out of them. when they did finally call me, instead of trying to work with me they threated to take my car.. now one of the cars i had was in an accident over memorial day weekend, last year, the insurance company paid off the car and left $500, which UAC said they would write off, but are still harassing me for it !!!!!!!!

Bad Customer Service and Bad business practices.. A customer service rep hung up on me after threatening to repo my car after I was three days late making a payment on it. I have never been late or missed a payment at all especially since they take the money out of my checking acct. They do not appreciate your business at all.

UAC rips people off and is verbally abusive. I give them a HUGE thumbs DOWN! the star rating doesn't go that low here though.

Trevor is a verbally abusive person and so is Someone named Tammy.

They don't have employee numbers or last names there, they just call and harras you and steal your car, and wont fix anything wrong with it, even if its broken.
