Very disappointed.. I wanted to like them. I've read so many fantastic things about their service. Unfortunately, things just didn't work out. I signed up for weekly mowings and they came ONCE EVERY 3 WEEKS. The first time it happened I waited a week to call because I didn't want to seem too pushy or thought they were busy and they would come soon. I finally called a week later (2 weeks into not getting a cut) and they said they already came to mow my lawn. Anyone with common sense could see my lawn had not been cut in a couple of weeks (or more!) from the way it looked so that was not correct. Then they checked and found out it was a DIFFERENT address that was mowed and not mine. I forgave that one. The next week my lawn didn't get cut again! I called and let them know the week after (2 weeks passing again) and they said someone would be right out. Apparantely they have me on a "schedule" for only towards the end of the week and I guess when it rains on my days, I get pushed onto the end of next week again. It was very stressful dealing with them. At this rate, I'd rather pay a neighborhood kid to mow my lawn. At least (s)he would be interested in having my business/money. I've never been more disappointed in any kind of business or service. :(

Outstanding Service!. We were first time Peter Doran Lawn Care customers this past summer - wow were we impressed. They performed a very complete fertilizing service, were timely, and our grass was healthy all summer long. Peter Doran's customer service is exceptional as well - extremely responsive. I recommend their service to any one looking for a competitively priced, outstanding lawn care team!

Flexible and Dependable. Peter Doran Lawn and Landscaping has mown our HUGE yard for two years now, and are always dependable and friendly. I especially appreciate their flexibility - when the season gets very dry and the grass isn't growing we can call and cancel the mowing service and it's now problem.

Excellent service.. I have been a long-time client and have always, consistently been satisfied. The staff is reliable and thorough. The work is done well, with attention to finishing touches (trimming, removal of waste, etc.). Over the years, Peter Doran has accommodated individual requests I've had -- everything from scheduling changes to extra services (when I was getting ready to sell my house, for example, he helped w/trimming and readying my property for presentation).

always responsive, never pushy. We have a particularly large yard with many landscaping obstacles (as far as mowing goes).... but Doran always mows it beautifully.

Peter Doran lawn service gives us exactly what we want. When I sought estimates from other companies, some flat out refused to do less than weekly mowing -- but Peter Doran obliged our request for bi-weekly services. They also worked with us to accomodate construction and landscaping in our yard that affected their mowing, with never a fuss. I always appreciate their prompt and courteous service -- on top of the fact that I love coming home after work and being able to say, "Doran was here today! The lawn looks GREAT!" When our neighbors ask how we mow our large yard, I always give credit to Doran and encourage them to use him as well.
