Hair cuts need some work

I went there on the recommendation of a friend. The stylist Heather did not listen at all to what I wanted and instead gave me a cut that was hard to style and uneven. She seemed distracted and anxious to be done. Would not recommend this place.

I recieved a gift card for my birthday from my husband. I travel alot for my business and have been to numorous spas around the country. Upon calling the spa to schedule an appointment, I spoke with a receptionist (Lynn) that was very patient and informative with the varitey of services that they offer there. I finally decided on having a Marine Wrap, Facial and Pedicure. When I arrived, there was a table filled with all sorts of wonderful treats including chocolate dipped strawberries. Heaven!!! In the few minutes that I waited for my appointments to begin, I noticed the care with which each customer was treated and recieved by salon staff. The marine wrap was in this water capsule and the service took my breath away. The facial was the best I'd ever had...literally and the pedicure was phenomenal. Thanks aafusion for a wonderful birthday experience. I will be back!!!

Spa may be great - skip the hair!

Went for an impulse cut and got a terrible hack-job on my hair! The right side was perfect, but the left was not. A huge chunk was cut out. I went to my regular stylist at another salon and got it all cut off. It's much better now. A professional charging $50 should've have known better. Also, I had very long, thick hair and the shampoo, cut and style should've taken over 35 minutes.
- Pros: Friend liked her stylist
- Cons: I did not like my stylist!
