I live in Texas where my last two Primary Care Physicians both had lasers in their offices and offered various procedures. I thought you would have to be very brave to go through something akin to an "office procedure" with a laser. Then, on a trip to visit my husbands family, I spoke with Dr. Elser and he set my mind at ease. His paitent explination of how the laser worked and all the different uses it is capable of , made me take a chance. When I arrived at the spa, it was definately a much more comfortable atmosphere for me than the doctors offices. Dr. Elser talked to me and suggested ways that the laser could help bring my body back into "before babies' shape. He turned me over to his technician, Lori, and she got to work! I cannot believe the wonderful results! I thought that the only way to get my pre-baby tummy back was a tummy tuck! But the laser skin tightening really worked! The photo facial on my arms and face is really getting rid of the sun damage and age spots! And the tightening on my face has gotten rid of the sag under my chin! I will definately be visiting Dr. Elser and his staff everytime I visit my husbands family!

I scheduled an appointment / consultation for various services i was interested in. A laser peel, possible hair reduction, and lipo dissolve. I found the doctor's wife a bit pushy on the phone, but scheduled it anyway- I drove an hour to get there on time and waited almost 35 minutes to be seen. It was not because the doctor was running behind-(which i know happens sometimes)- I was his first client of the day! He was just late. He was nice enough, but has only been doing this since last december- I felt pushed into buying something by his wife- who acts as his receptionist and left feeling very disapointed that i wasted my time.
Pros: Parking was no problem- and the inside was quite nice- the room was a bit cold
