Jon T was an unexpected surprise I expected to have two repair people instead of one. Jon did the furnace/boiler check and responded to all my plumbing needs (repair wall mounted faucet, changed shower pipe, and drained sediment from 2 hot water heaters. All while maintaining high level professionalism and respect for my home. Thanks Bonfe!

Tom was timely and courteous. He did no more than was necessary which ultimately only cost me the diagnostic fee and yet fixed something that kept my boiler from working.

They would not provide a price over the phone, but the representative told me the range I had been quoted to install a toilet ($200-250) was similar to theirs. The guy gave me the option of paying the trip charge ($89) or the install fee ($432). What a joke of a company. Never will I do business with them again....I felt raped after this experience.

We were very happy with our service from Bonfe. They came out quickly when our AC wasn't keeping up with the horrible July heat and were very easy to schedule and work with. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Trevor came today to fix my air conditioner, and was able to quickly figure out what the problem was and fix it. I was so relieved; the heat these past days is pretty high, and we have guests at our house for the weekend, so fixing the problem was top on our list! Trevor was timely, reliable, and very professional. I highly recommend Bonfe's and Trevor specifically!

I will definitely recommend Bonfe to my friends and relatives. The same day service is wonderful and Mike Benson did a great job repairing the air conditioner controls within our furnace. Mike is very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. He made sure everything was working properly before closing out my call.

Tom came to replace our leaking water heater the same day called.

The work was neat, and he cleaned up very well and hauled away all debris.

1 Star or 5 Star, which reviews are correct. If you click on the name of the person who left the review you can see other companies they reviewed. Amazing how the 5 star review people make a living rating a bunch of other heating and plumbing companies. How could you trust a company that puts up false reviews, and some the the 1 start reviews looks like some pretty angry people.

Not Recommended-Prices are extremely high!. Although the service was very good, the price was very, very high. Make sure that you shop around before using them. We were charged $1,400 for a simple toilet and flange replacement. The plumber was at our house for 2 and a half hours. Unfortunately, we did not do any price comparisons before allowing their representative to replace the toilet. After looking online and getting other estimates, it was apparent that an average priced toilet ranges from $200-$350 and labor for this type of project should cost, at the most, $350.00. Therefore, it appears that we were overcharged by, to be conservative, $700.00! If anything good can come of this, it is to make sure that nobody else makes the same mistake we did by choosing Bonfe. I have never written a negative review online, but this iniquity was enough to motivate me to compose this message.
