Still waiting!. I called this company at 330 PM asking for a 530 pick up--they said the cab would be there. They weren't. When I called back I got a personal voicemail twice and then a pickup saying "hello?" when I asked about the cab they hung up. I know I didn't misdial because I used my cell and just pressed resend. Something seems fishy. I am now sitting here waiting for another cab company to pick me up and deliver me to my really important work holiday party that I should NOT be late for.

A gamble.... I am not sure how to rate this one because I have had service from all sides of the spectrum...I had a pick-up at my job with an awesome driver who was on time, the cab was clean, he drove safely and he played my favorite radio station.

But here's my other story: I woke up late for work and called for a taxi fifteen minutes before I wanted to leave (approx. 10:00). When he called and said he was at my building, I went down and circled my block for five minutes to realize he wasn't there. I called the dispatcher and spent five more minutes trying to describe where I live to them, only for them to realize he was at SW 6th Street instead of SE University Avenue. How you mix those up I have no idea. So they said he had him on the right track (10:20) and when he called again and said he was there, I went down and he still was not there (10:35) and m cell phone would not dial out to his cell phone number from my received calls. At this point, I decided it was quicker to take the 10:50 bus and transfer to another at 11:15 instead of wait for him to figure out where he is or call a new cab service, and save myself some money, getting me to work at 11:30, an hour and fifteen minutes later than I should have been there, all because of the cab driver.

In short, Yellow Cab is a gamble.

All I can say is call them!. I was looking on google for a delivery service company and happen upon my yellow cab so I clicked the link to go to the website and I looked at all the services they offer, so i thought maybe I well try them so I gave them a call to set up an appointment to have my package deliverd to a company in Plymonth and from the time of the phone call to the time of the delivery everything went smooth as can be. I will be having all my package deliveries through them from now on!

Best taxi in town without a doubt. Cab #44 rocks all the way, I mean, When we got in the cab he had AC/DC on and that right there was all I needed to know that we found that right cab company from now on. The drive was soooo helpful and kind the ride went smoooth!

Worst Cab Ride Ever!!!!!!!. Most of the time, I get a good driver from Yellow Cab. I'm disabled and they help me load and unload my purchases and get them to the door. My experience today with the Driver of Cab #95 was worse than "less than satisfactory". Not only did he not assist me, he scared the Hell out of me with his driving habits. He took both hands off the wheel to pick up a jug of juice off the passenger floorboard, to pour his drink into a glass. After turning on my street, he again took both hands off the wheel to search for a straw in the center console, causing the cab to swerve. I can well understand why the man drove well under the speed limit! Normally, I tip the amount of the fare to the cab driver as they help me load and unload the cab, even aiding me in getting my purchases to my door. Not today! This was the worst cab ride I have ever had!

This is my new cab company from now on bye bye Green & White. I will be calling my yellow cab again an again an again because the driver, George, was soooo helpful I didn't even have to ask him to help me with my groceries, he just did it and he didn't even ask me for a tip even though I did tip him well. I love cab companies like my yellow cab because there in a flash. I wish everybody would go with this company!

He Show Up Fast!!. I needed to get me doggy to vet ontime and I was looking on Google for Pet cabs and I checked out few online before coming to my Yellow cab even though it didn't state that they howed pets. after going to the website I soon to learn that they have meny different services which was ooooooh great to me. So I called them to make an appoint ment quick so my time was running out! and before I knew it there it was my yellow cab!!

I love you guys!. All I can say about "My Yellow Cab" is THE BEST TAXI COMPANY EVER 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Hope George Was in the Hospital. I called My Yellow Cab because of the wonderful reviews on this website. I talked to George at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and he agreed to pick me up at the MegaBus stop in Minneapolis at 6:15 a.m. the next morning and take me to South Saint Paul. We decided that I would call when the bus got close, since it would be possible we could be off schedule. It so happened the bus was early. I called the telephone number, got George on the voice mail and left messages - I left four messages over the next hour. He never called back. He never showed up. He has not yet called back and it is one week later. I know he had my phone number because returned my call Tuesday night. I would never use this service again.

Maybe he was unconscious in the hospital....
