HORRIBLE!!!!

We bought our washer from here and there didn't seem to be a problem so fast forward a couple months thought we'd go ahead and get a matching dryer when that died. Right, so needed to have it delivered early and late due to work schedules and mentioned this repetedly. They schedule it for 11-2 worst times possible. So we reschedule it for Saturday - again 12-3. What the hell people?! Then am told that there is no changing the route because they already confirmed with everyone else and I just need to be flexible. Both sales people talked over me to the point where I had to yell "will you please stop speaking" and told me more or less to just deal with it. Would not let me speak to a manager or provide me with a phone number where I could reach him. Yeah long story short - cancelled order, called Warner Stellian and they are delivering it 8 am Tues. morning. So you know what Maytag Store - here's the take away - if someone tells you something you should actually listen. We will never buy anything from you again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same- and obviously I'm both angry and a loud mouth.
