Dishonest Driver; Company Horrible Customer Service. My wife and I got a taxi from the Minneapolis Airport to our destination. We told our taxi driver the address before we departed. Our destination was an office park that should be less than 10 minutes from the airport. After driving around for more than 15 minutes the taxi driver asked us for directions. We were unfamiliar with the area, so we told him we didn't know the directions, only the address. He started getting upset and telling us it is our fault that we didn't tell him the directions in the first place and we have to pay for the mistake. We expected him to know how to take us from point A to point B. It was after he yelled at us that he finally put the address into his GPS. He finally reached our destination after traveling on some back roads. We were charged almost twice as much than the fare should have been.

I contacted the helpful Metropolitan Airports Commission who contacted United Airport taxi company. The United Airport's driver untruthfully stated that we told him specific directions to get to our destination, but in fact we didn't know the area so we did not have any directions to give - only an address. The commission encouraged United Airport to reimburse us the difference but the company nor the driver were agreeable to this. Very poor customer service.

I also will never use this taxi company again.

Terrible customer service. This taxi company completelky ruined my retrun trip from vacation.

I think it really depends on each taxi drivers and I don't think all of them are bad, but at least the driver I met was the worst. He couldn't find a road well, so taxi fee was ~20% more than usual. But I didn't really mind about it. The bigger problem was that he was unkind and asked additional tip quite a aggressive way. I was really scarred and just completely exahusted after that ride. Just the worst experience.

I'll never ever use this taxi company again.
