Fantastic Food, Great Wine List, Enjoyable Service, Romantic Atmosphere. A real find! A unique wine bar with a small, fully stocked market next door. I was very impressed with Sage for all they are doing. They make great sandwiches during the day and change over to a dinner menu at night. On Saturday nights they barbeque steaks and have live music, their steaks are a great value. The wine bar has a super atmosphere, couches, fireplace and waterfalls. This place is a class act and relatively un-discovered. I've been there on weekdays and weekends and they seem to be busiest on Saturday nights. The service is good, nice and relaxed. Their wine list is extensive and available for sale at their wine shop across the street. (A very nice feature in my opinion) They also do many fun events like open mic competitions and dance lesions. Their staff is courteous and very helpful and with the market attached next door, it's a great place to pick up anything you need. Sage really seems to fill a void in there community for a great place to meet friends and enjoy delicious food and wine.

AVOID!. I love a good wine bar and deli as much as the next person but do not be fooled by Sage's horrible atempt at promising fresh and relaxed. The meat and seafood case was the most pathetic thing I have seen in a so called market. The ground beef was obviously unsafe but still for sale. There were beef kabobs for sale that would probably eliminate the next person who ate them, THE BEEF WAS BLACK. There was a seafood case that had shrimp, halibut, and scallops that was sitting in standing water NO ICE!!!! The prok had been there for so long it was turning a dark brown. I asked one of the employees what temp I should cook the pork and she stated 125 degrees!!!!!!!!! The wine bar was like walking into a dark cave dirty, moldy, and a costant sense of "funk" There was also some sort of hot food to take home. DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD. I asked how long it had been there and I was answered with a blank stare. If you value your health, STAY AWAY!!!
