I'm not a coffee drinker...and I LOVE this place!. I am soo happy that Black Sheep Coffee Cafe moved into South St Paul a few year ago. It is definitely what we need! They offer great paninnis, salads, lemonade and desserts! I'm not a coffee drinker - but the coffee looks good and smells great. I've held book clubs there and had lunch there several times. I hope this place stays for a long time!

Great designs on your coffee. This is a great coffee shop. We checked it out on a Friday night and it was just busy enough to not feel desolate. They take the time to do great designs on the top of your drink. There's comfy chairs to lounge and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed so it's a comfortable place to stay for a while. We ordered a couple different coffee drinks which were tasty, but mine was a bit too sweet (razzmatazz) to order the 20oz (which is what we did). They had live music, which could have been a little less loud, but overall it didn't interfere or distract me too much from what I was doing.

FABULOUS!. The Black Sheep is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service, wonderful pastries, salads and sandwiches. wonderful atmosphere, works for hanging out with a couple friends and catching up or sitting by yourself in one of many overstuffed chairs by the fireplace with a good book. If you like a sweet coffee, give the Painters Mocha a try- light and dark chocolate with sprinkles on top... mmmm...

EVERYTHING is Wonderful!!!! Worth Checking out!. The Black Sheep is a breath of fresh air. Truely what we needed! Everything you order is delicious! The bakery items are to die for as well as ALL of their panini's. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Latte's are delightful. ALL the soups and salads are wonderful!!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!! Prices are reasonable! Barista's make fun leaf design's on top of your coffee. I promise you won't be disappointed. I frequent the Black Sheep at least 4 times a week. Atmosphere is very calming and comfortble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
