I went with my friends on a saturday night and there was a long line outside of Aqua. Apparently I notice that all the people waiting outside including myself were minority. Everytime the bouncers see a white person wait in line they come and let the white person go in "saying they were willing to pay another 20 to get in", Yeah, right!! There's better club then this place. Just because they think they're new they can do whatever they want but just wait and see pretty soon they'll start acting like most clubs here in minneapolis.

Brothers don't waste your time visiting this club .They limit the number of people of color that go in.The first time around I arrived there with a pair of decent jeans and a shirt and they said my pants were too long .A couple of Caucasian males walked in with jeans longer than mine but I said nothing and walked away .The next time around months later WE wore dress pants and dress shoes and nice shirts(what we wear to our office jobs ) and guess what ? The bouncer at the door said that THEY WOULD NOT let us in because our pants did not fit right .How else are dress pants supposed to fit ?We asked for a VIP table and they told us the tables were full. There is no reason to treat people this way that way . More so, I sincerely feel that people of color are being stereotyped and that people of color are being discriminated because we were dressed up better than half the people who went in .I calmly told the bouncer/door man that his actions were wrong and they should not behave this way . For how long shall we be divided ? Why should we continue to be discriminated? If you don't believe me please INVESTIGATE AND U will realize that what am saying is 100% true I stand for equal treatment of all people of all races and that is why am writing this review. I hope by sharing my experience and standing up , things will change for the better .We(people of color ) deserve to be treated equally by any business .Shame on you to the MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AT AQUA!!
