Poor service. I received a coupon from them for a $39.99 oil change. There were no restriction on he coupon. When made the appointment I told them I wanted to schedule the Fall Maintenance Special that they sent me in the mail. I dropped my car off on Tues night and then I went to pick it up the next day I went to pay. The guy told me it would be$86.23. I handed him the coupon for the $39.99 oil change, he said of let me file that and throw it in the garbage and told me that it would be $86.23. I asked why and he said that thy had to use synthetic oil so the coupon did not apply. I said well it does not say that on the coupon. I was told that it did and he handed me a copy of it. I reread it and it did not state that restriction. So another person in the office read it and said I was correct but I could not have the discount. I asked why and they just said it didn't apply. I reiterated that it did not state that restriction. They said that they did everything in the coupon and I should be happy. Once again I stated that they were not giving me the advertised price. They told me I as out of luck.
