Great Local Spot. Pnch Pizza is amazing. The pizza is unique and so flavorful. With tasty Mediterranean ingredients and fresh-made dough, it is definitely the best pizza around. I love the Toto. Pnch is one place I always bring guests when they come to visit the Twin Cities. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm yet nice enough for a date. This location counter-style and seat yourself, versus sit down and order. One pizza is large enough to split between two moderately hungry adults, but then you'd miss out on delicious leftovers.
This quick-service pizza place makes to-go orders a breeze..
In Short
Punch Pizza is famous for traditional, Neapolitan-style pizzas. They're wood-fired, thin crust, and topped with some of the freshest ingredients this side of Italy. Pizza lovers can stop in and get a lovely pie to go or eat-in and enjoy ingredients like fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant and Mt. Vesuvio tomatoes. Don't feel left out, meat lovers: You can get thick-sliced spiced salami, ham and sausage on your crispy, chewy, delicate and lovely pizza.
tasty pizza. Great pizza, quality ingredients, nice atmosphere. The pizza is not drowning in sauce or cheese but rather has a nice balance making a simple delicious pizza.
Fantastic!. This is my favorite place to go for a quick lunch or a low-key dinner. The pizza is about as fresh as you can get, you can watch the staff make your pizza and fire it in a wood burning oven, the staff is friendly and has a sense of humor, the wine list adds a nice touch, and the salads I've had are fresh and tasty. I personally really like the greek salad. I like the booth seating around the edge of the restaurant, and in the summer the patio is a great place to set. The large table running down the middle of the restaurant provides ample opportunity to meet fellow diners or bring in a large group of friends. I find that the pizzas are large enough for two people of average appetites to have more than enough to share (3 pieces of pizza a person). There's street parking out front at meters, or there's a ramp nearby, so parking really isn't much of an issue. For the record, I'm a pretty picky pizza eater, and this is by far the best pizza I've ever had.
Not Bad Overpriced Pizza. Some People Love it and some people aren't that impressed. I love Neapolitan Pizza but I found mine at this place to be really oily (they lather on the olive oil). Others don't like how sometimes the center is soggy. Some though LOVE IT. Even if you love it, you have to admit it's over priced.
