Do Not Enter, Unethical Business Practices. This is absolutely the last place I would ever recommend getting a gym membership. The unscrupulous business practices of this establishment are unbelievable. After canceling my membership the gym continued to charge me fees for a whole year. When I called to clear the matter up they said I would have to cancel it again and do so in person! Even appeals to the owner of the gym resulted in no actions being taken to remedy the situation. This business isn't only in the trade of exercise, it's also in the business of taking advantage of unsuspecting clients. I would recommend taking advantage of the free week and then never setting foot in that place ever again.

NEED WATCH FOR MANAGEMENT SCAM. My grand parents enrolled at Gold G Brooklyn Park with their HMO Senior Health Benefit and was told by the Branch Manager that they will not pay a penny because their Health Plan benefit will pick up the cost and GG Brooklyn Park will waive the rest of the fee if participant attent #s time per month. After using GG Brooklyn Park, their bill start add up and no one wanted to talk about it, not even the Branch Manager himself. Many times he tried to hide himself by not taking any recieving call nor returning any call. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with the whole team.

Golds Gym brooklyn park a total flop. No only did i get lied to when i signed seperate membership and personal training agreements, the new clueless manager refused to help me reach my goals. I trained with robin a training manager, after i spent almost a 1000 dollars to train with her i recieved very limited results. MY personal trainer that i payed to train with was constantly talking to others, kept her cell phone on her, and she gave me other peoples workout plans. The front desk staff was unknowledgeable, and John told me "he hated his job, not to expect any money back because they f****d him too." After leaving several messages for the GM Tracy i finally went to the Blaine location where Pete helped me and appologized for all of brooklyn parks shortfalls. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read everything that you sign there, and i would suggest shopping aroung before you chose to get signed into golds gym forever. I have now joined LA Fitness where i have a month to month membership. Just a friendly warning, i wasted alot of time, energy and money there. BUYER BEWARE!
