They create the best cup of coffee, whether black or a special mixed beverage, and to them it is an art form. If you like the overly sweet, powdery, or acidic, bitter nonsense this isn't the place for you. I love the Rogue mocha; it's a special treat as it is a bit spendy, but worth every penny. The staff is friendly, the space is classic, yet modern, and the beverages are consistent and eco-friendly, what more can you ask for?
Good coffee. We were next door at The Nook and when we walked out we could smell this fabulous aroma of coffee. We had to go get a cup. We got a cup of their coffee that they press for you right on the spot. It was a wonderful cup of coffee, a bit on the expensive side for plain coffee, but good.
Wow, Bad!. Perhaps their coffee is good, but their chai tea sure isn't. The iced chai I ordered was unspeakable. I got a flavorless, watery mess, of which I took only two sips before tossing the remainder in the dumpster behind the Nook.
used to love it, but not anymore.
This used to be a great place with wonderful coffee. Now they've gone over the top and no longer provide the option of decaf. I'm all about reducing one's carbon footprint, but if you have an issue that prevents you from consuming a lot of caffeine, there's nothing there for you except herbal tea and hot chocolate. (Oh, and no skim milk either - apparently you've decided for me that I should be drinking the more-fat kind, regardless of what I like.)
I used to be willing to tolerate the fact that there were rarely places to sit, thanks to the laptop folks that are always there. But I'm now done. There's being passionate about what you do - then there's being oppressive. And once you've gone there, I'll spend my money elsewhere, thank you.
