Not suprised to hear they are closing!. Completely agree with the rest of the poor reviews. The staff at Throwbacks is terrible!

Rudest Bartenders!!. They have the rudest bartenders there are they act like we are there to make there life miserable they don't want to work they don't want to wait on you they should not even have a job the way they treat there customers not friendly at all management must not care if they loose customers because of there bartenders but I know I won't be back and I know a few other people that were there that night won't be back either just because the way we were treated GET NEW BARTENDERS!!!!!!!!!!

Staff and Management very poor. Wow - what a night at Throwbacks on 12/18/2010. Maybe it was just a really bad night for them with many normal staff being unable to work, but somehow I think NOT.

Great band, but Throwbacks charges a couple extra bucks on the cover charge.

Wait staff were plentiful but absolutely ineffecient. After forgetting 2 of our orders and waiting an hour for another we went self service. Not much quicker, but at least we knew we would get our drinks instead of having them forgotten.

I got to witness the security staff tazer a very well mannered gentleman for complaining that a busboy took their pool money off of a table (trust me, don't let them touch your credit card!). A flooded mens room, bartenders who don't give a darn about the customers...

On the plus side, the patrons are really good, but deserve a better hangout or at least better management.

I'll be back, but will bring a few flasks while I nurse a beer and watch the busboys augment their income. :-D

will not be back. this is a neat place, too bad the service is terrible. i was actually given the wrong check card back after starting a tab (i ended up paying in cash that night), so i didn't notice i had the wrong card until the next day. i called to see if the mistake had been caught and maybe they in fact still had my card there... nope. the girl on the phone pretty much asked me 'what i wanted her to do about it'. i asked her to go through the recipes and see if she could find the slip that this other person used to pay their bill using my card, and refund my money to my account but of course she never called me back. they went on to charge things at other bars that night on my card... other then that the service was slow and i think we asked about 4 different barenders/servers to switch a tv over to the nascar race... they must have all forgot. they won't be getting anymore of my money!

had to pick a rating but it deserves no stars.. Can't wait for this bar to close down. The staff is rude and the bartender Ben is the most arrogant server I have ever came across. I will defiantly never give my money to your establishment again and will let everyone I know what a bad experience I had.
