I was not impressed by the selection at Bella Bridal. They had too many dresses and it seemed unorganized. My sales lady told me to shop and look around. All I was thinking was, I have never done this before and I thought they were going to show us dresses. It was weird. I tried on about 3 dresses and didnt find anything that I loved. The lady helping us seemed young and inexperienced. I would not go back there for my wedding apparel.

Seriously The Best!. I am a mom of a recent bride and two other daughters who have not been married but Im sure will be in the future. We have visited several bridal shops in search for bridal or formal wear and always have found Bella to truelly stand out as a welcoming and nice store. Other bridal stores were mostly ok but nothing special. Wait till you see this shop and the awesome space and great gowns. You will feel like you are in a store designed to make you and your guests feel special. The gowns are reasonably priced and the service fun and informative. When we purchased a gown from Bella we made appointments to pick up and try on because you need a sales person to help you do this. If there are other people in the store with appointments already, then how would you be helped? I like that Bella does this because you can know that when you go to the store for a specific reason then you will be helped right away because you have an appt. Anyway I dont normally take the time to right reviews but I was searching for a specific formal need and came across some bad reviews for Bella and wanted you to know that we have had great service when visiting or buying from Bella Bridal Boutique.

Get anything they say in writing before you buy! I was lied to twice by one of their managers. The first was about a discount on a dress, the second was after I bought the dress they told me it would include the steaming of the dress, dropped it off to be steamed and was told that it was not included, I would have to pay for it. I understand trying to make a sale but when you wok at a store ethics comes into play. There are much better places to get your wedding dress and brides do not need the extra stress.

Loved Bella Bridal!. I went to Bella Bridal Boutique for my Bridal gown and got my bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos there as well! The ladies were very nice and attentive to me and my wedding party. I felt very welcome and cared for. All of the consultants were nice and showed interest in me, even if they weren't directly working with me. I was able to schedule an appointment and bring my mom and sister with me to my appointment. I was able to pick the dresses I wanted to try on, but the consultants also pulled dresses for me to try on as well. I didn't feel pressured to purchase on my first visit and I felt very comfortable with my purchase.

I had a few memebers of my wedding party that live out of state, and Bella was very helpful with getting their orders placed as well. The tuxedos and bridesmaids dresses all fit great and the pricing was very reasonable. We felt like we were getting great deals and wonderful service!

I am so glad that I found Bella Bridal Botuique. They helped make my wedding be a beautiful success! Thank you so much!!!

Poor Customer Service. We chose Bella Bridal because they carried the line of dresses we were interested in. Customer service was good while we were in the store and trying on dresses, but when it came time to pick them up we were seriously disappointed. This store does not do alterations, nor pressing, but you are expected to make an appointment to pick up your dress and pay for it. However, they won't let you do a pick-up on a Saturday and I was told that they stay open late on Mondays and Thursdays so couldn't I come in then? When did it become ok to stipulate when a customer can come in, pay for a dress they are buying from you, and take it home. Its not like it has to be tried on and pinned for alterations...etc. Very, very disappointed and will not be recommending this store to anyone.

Limited Selection. I had high hopes of finding a dress that I liked at Bella Bridal, I was a walk in appointment and was disappointed with the lack of attention I received. I was told to look at the dresses and when I found one i like that I could try it on. I received no input or suggestions after I told her what I was looking for. I ended up leaving the store after feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. They were very casual and not very professional. This store was not my style at all.

Say Yes to Bella!. Bella Bridal was wonderful to work with the moment I walked through the door. I had been around to a bunch of other shops and had some bad experiences at some so so experiences. All in all not so great at these other shops. I am plus size, so this posed another issue when looking for my bridal gown. Almost every store I went to didn't have anything over a size 12! I walked into Bella feeling as though I would never find something that I liked much less that I would actually be able to try on. I was so surprised when I asked what sizes their dresses ranged from to hear that they carry a wide variety of sizes ranging from 4 to 22! The consultant that was helping me was such a sweetheart and truly cared about me as a customer! Not only did I find dresses that I could actually try on, but I ended up finding my wedding gown here. I purchased on my first visit so my consultant informed me that I would be eligible to receive a bella card for $75 that I could use toward accessories. My experience was so wonderful here, it blew all the other shops out of the water in the twin cities area. I have recommended this shop to friends and family and will continue to do so!!

Dissappointed. My mom and I went to Bella Bridal hoping to find mother of the bride dress for her. We went on a weekday afternoon because we did not want it to be a busy day shopping. We were shown how everything was set up and then left to "shop". Never once did anyone check back with us or make any recommendations. After about 15 minutes we left empty handed and were disappointed. I would think that they would want the business of a mothers dress, but apparently not.

They Were So Awesome!. Oh my gosh, I just love this place. I went to bella 2 yrs ago for my prom dress and found a great one and was sooo excited to come back someday for my wedding dress!! I am now engaged and came back to bella and love it just as much as the first time i came there! They are so nice and helpful, first i looked through all the dresses and picked out what i wanted to try and then the girl helping me went and picked some dresses. She ended up picking the dress that i fell in love with and ordered. I am getting everything from bella. invitations, tuxes, bridesmaids and even my mom found her dress their too :) I have been in their like a million times now and no matter who i work with i always have a great time. this is what your wedding dress experience is supposed to be like! its supposed to be fun like what you dreamed of when you were little and playing dress up. It is so comfortable and organized ( they have huggggeeee fashionable, clean, fitting rooms and couches.) I went to the wedding shoppe ( i dont know why.....) and it was so small and dirty and me and my sisters were all so crammed in and their was like one chair to sit on. Bella is the best store and i would recommend it to every bride!!!
