Much Better. I had a massage there and my experience was that everyone was very friendly. I think they have some new people there who really seem to care about the customer. Honestly, I'm fine with them having 'newer' therapists, because the price is right, and everyone needs to get experience when they're starting, don't they?? Overall, very pleasant experience, and I'll be going back. Nice people.

Not a good idea for a massage. My one experience at Massage Envy was enough to know I don't want to go back. I have since talked to others who have had unpleasant experiences there, as well. Here are my complaints: the therapist did not seem to know how to do a massage (something I have been getting for 30+ years, and can tell the differenc e between good, great and not worth the money). She talked incessantly, there was no massage, really, it was as though she were just rubbing my skin. Not good enough for me, thank you.
