I would look elsewhere. Very average gym, stuff is always broken and the owner is more interested in your monthly dues rether than membership. You get what you pay for.

GROSS and unprofessional. I cancelled my membership. The guy that runs this location has no business sense or common sense. The place is dirty, half of the machines are either broken or TVs don't work. Often times no soap, no paper towels, and even NO toilet paper.

Blames the Corporate office or billing for any issues...never takes ownership of what is supposed to be 'his gym'.

I called and complained to the Corporate office, they said they've heard this complaint a number of times for this location and are hoping to take action (none has been taken in months).

My suggestion is get a free week pass before signing up...and then you'll see why you should go elsewhere.

Bad Experience. Shady contracts that keep you locked in (without notification), awful billing service blames anytime for faults in billing, anytime blames billing service. Management will not return calls regarding your account. Replaceables often not replaced promptly, out of towels, etc. Poorly run.

A very nice and cozy Fitness facility in DOWNTOWN MPLS. This place is very nice compared to most Anytime fitness's. I think management there is great, very friendly and helpful. I've been there over 6months now, when I signed up

they just changed management, I've been told things weren't so great in the past but I haven't had any problems yet...

NO!. This club, in the North Loop, is nice enough. Good equipment, clean, accessible. The management and contract is RIDICULOUS!! I tried to pay a fee to get out of it but it was written in that one cannot terminate membership unless moving to a location that is outside of 35 miles away. Who would drive 110 RT to workout?

If you look at the Minnesota B B B, you will see multiple strikes against this place. They are sketchy, do not return calls/email/communication and are just horrible management. They will overcharge you and not take care of it for months. They will have your medical insurance info (for the discount) and never give it to you.

Suggestion, go to North Loop Fitness or Lifetime Fitness. They maybe cost a little more and have less sister locations but you will be SO glad that you did.
