A fellow MT who highly recommends Ruth's therapy. As a massage therapist, we know what we want in another MT: serious quality work with someone who's truly passionate about the work--which comes through during a treatment.

Ruth is this high caliber kind of MT. With her, it's NEVER a passionless "just getting through the session" because it's your job, like you can feel in the touch of some others. Ruth puts her heart into each therapy session I've ever experienced--and you leave feeling cared about, tended to, truly relaxed and rejuvenated.

(Personally, I find this EXTREMELY important, as I'm highly sensitive to others' energies, and it deadens the enjoyment if I can feel someone's just not into their work.)

But, on top of Ruth's beautiful energy output is her truly skilled ability to work on clients' issues: Not only are her listening skills top-notch (again, a hard-to-find quality in a therapist), but her application is quite honed. Just tell her where it hurts and she'll get to work with gentle, yet effective techniques to get those kinks out.

In my near decade of practicing massage therapy, I have tried out dozens of MTs. Ruth Blomster is one of a single-digit group that I can (and do) easily put my name behind as a stellar example of the profound work an MT can do in supporting clients committed to maintaining their health in a natural way; I refer people to her often, as she's a genuine credit to our industry.

Beautiful Space for a Wonderful Massage. Want a fantastic massage? Go see Ruth Blomster. Her business name is Serene Spirit Massage, and she works at Lauderdale Wellness Center. Ask for her. She gave me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, which helped my shoulders and lower back feel relief. I went back a second time, and thought I'd better let you all know she's very good at giving a relaxing massage, too. I called the same day and got in 2 hours later. I'm going to keep on with Ruth, and I think you should, too.

It's also a beautiful, yet cozy place to go for a massage. They also have chiropractic, acupuncture, and wellness coaching there. How great is that!

A Massage Therapist with an Wonderful Gift. Excellent technique! Ruth has a broad range of experience which gives her the ability to tailor the massage to your specific needs. She has the strength to do great deep work, and also can do a more gentle, flowing style. I recommend just listening to the pleasant music with no talking and letting Ruth do her fantastic work! She has many regular clients, which to me is the sign of an exceptional massage therapist.

The best massage therapist I've ever had.. Ruth has an ability to hone in on the trouble spots and apply the right touch to bring relief to the aches I present to her. She listens to what I tell her, and applies pressure to the joints with her elbows, which really brings relief. That's deep tissue work for you. Being an athlete, I feel great relief after an hour or hour and a half, and I'm able to run that extra mile or two that I couldn't have done without her deep tissue work. It's close to Minneapolis where I work, and I live in St. Paul, so it's easy to get to. Great location and parking is easy. This is in Minnesota, not Florida.

Best Massage in Roseville Area. Ruth Blomster is thorough at massage. She uses her talent to get at the

sore muscles and tendons. She is gentle, yet firm with her hands. It

is soothing and comfortable having Ruth give you a massage.
