I'm a guy, a son-of-a-barber even. I keep my hair very short, which you would think is an easy cut, but I've gotten so many really BAD haircuts by other stylists and barbers before I went to Dennis. The guy knows how to cut hair. He takes the time, he asks the questions, he gets it right.

I love Dennis!. I couldn't agree more with DawnyBeth's sentiments below. I recently found Dennis and am SO HAPPY I did! I've been a regular at Juut and Jon English salons for years, but ventured out this past January to Petite Salon. Dennis took my mop head and gave me the best haircut I've ever had. Bar none. I even had to call the salon days later to thank him personally on the phone. And the cut was still rocking five weeks later! I've gone to Dennis since then and leave the salon literally BEAMING and feeling so confident and happy each time. Hooray for Dennis! He works miracles. If you're even slightly unhappy about anything your current salon or stylist offers, GO TO HIM. He will guide you to your best hair ever.

Dennis Taylor: Everything You Want in a Stylist - and More!. You'd be hard pressed to find someone better.

Dennis has been doing hair for a long time - he's a former instructor at the Aveda Institute, and a former Juut guy. Now he's at Petite, and much more accessible than he used to be with regards to cost and scheduling.

Dennis is the whole package - trendy, communicative, friendly, funny, honest and approachable. He's the kind of stylist who can read his clients, and does a great job of talking through ideas and possibilities with each client. He listens, offers his thoughts, and makes sure that he understands what you want. He's been doing my hair for a VERY long time, and every time I leave, I feel beautiful!

Go see him - you will never see anyone else!

Mia is the BEST!. I've been seeing Mia for my color for a few years - when she moved I decided to stay with her and am VERY happy I did. I receive the best color in town, great conversation, a new and nice atmosphere PLUS at a better price than before. And I don't have to spend 15 minutes looking for parking. I will keep going to this salon as long as Mia is there!

Jan is the "Bomb"!. I've seen Jan for years, she gives the best pedicures in the world! Petite is lucky to have Jan!

Brandy is a "Rockstar"!!!!. Brandy is fabulous! She is a true master in cutting and styling! She is able to do any texture of hair. I recommend her to everyone!!

Love this place!!!. I see Brandy - was looking for a place close to DT St. Paul without parking issues that I could still find an up-to-date stylist without outrageous prices. I found this salon online through CitySearch and have been very pleased! I've seen Brandy twice and she has done a great job in showing me how to work with my fine, thick hair. I've been to lots of great salons, but never one that was as friendly and helpful as this one. Prices are reasonable and I love, love love the extra touches (heated towels while shampooing, nice samples, etc... yum!). I look forward to being a loyal client for time to come.

Super haircut! Charming neighborhood salon!. I followed Bee to Petite Salon, and am I ever happy I did! She listens to what I think I want, makes excellent suggestions, and then cuts my hair beautifully. The salon is comfortably furnished in a simple but elegant style, and the on-street parking is very convenient.

The service is not petite!. Bee is a fabulous stylist, and she is very personable. She obviously really enjoys her work and the people she meets. I also liked my complementary chai tea. Thank you Bee!
