Natalie is awesome to work with, she is such a great help in finding the perfect ring. I looked at a number of jewelry stores before going to WDD and no other place had the selection as Wedding Day Diamonds. With Natalie's knowledge and experience we were able to quickly find exactly what I was looking for.

Natalie Vaught made finding an engagement ring so easy and fun! She connected with us right away and understood what style of ring we were looking for. I knew nothing about rings or diamonds, but she was able to guide me through the process with no trouble at all. It was a very comfortable experience! I was able to contact her at any time and she was more than willing to help.

Will was probably one of the best employees I have ever seen. Over the summer I came into this location, which Will occasionally works at among another location. During the visit he was very polite and let me and my soon to be fiancee look at ton of bands and diamonds. He was very patient with us and never once pressured us to buy on the spot. Later that week I decided I was ready to figure out which diamond I wanted and Will came in on his day off to assist me in my efforts to find the right diamond. Will stayed in contact with me during and throughout the entire time until I had finally received the ring. He answered all of my questions and was a excellent employee. I will definitely come back to this location again thanks to Will.

Natalie is one of a kind. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in she was very welcoming and friendly. She was very professional and patient while my girlfriend looked over the selection. Natalie was great following up with me and found the diamond that was in my price range with the quality I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone and will be back to pick out the wedding bands. I definitely look forward to working with her in the future. Thanks again for all your help!

Natalie Vaught is one in a million! She helped my fiance find the PERFECT engagement ring and she had never even met me!

When we went back to pick out our wedding bands Natalie was there to greet us with her beautiful smile and caring personality to help us find the perfect rings. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions without pressuring us. She made us feel like we were very important and was sincerely interested in our lives, which made us feel even more comfortable with her. She helped us find the perfect bands.

Another thing that impressed me was that she always followed up each of our visits with an email thanking us for stopping in and telling us that if we needed anything she was there to help.

She is a true professional and is very knowledable about the diamond business. You can tell that she loves what she does!

I highly recommend Natalie if you are looking to purchase your wedding rings or any other diamond jewelry. She is simply THE BEST!

From the moment Natalie Vaught greeted and welcomed me I knew I had come to the right place to find the perfect wedding ring for my fiance. Natalie was personable, friendly and was sincerely interested in helping me find just what I was looking for. She went above and beyond in showing me many different styles and I never felt pressured or rushed in having to make my selection. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to ask questions about my finace to get to know her and her style, which gave Natalie the insight to know exactly what styles to show me. The engagement ring I ended up selecting was absolutely perfect. We also bought the wedding band from Natalie and have back on several occassions since our wedding in August 2012 to show her our wedding pictures. The reviews on here echo what I feel as well. Natalie is a true professional. My personal opinion is that she doesn't approach her job as a salesperson. She approaches her job as a diamond & jewelry consultant. Again, in my opinion, that is a big and important distinction. Never did I feel like I was being "sold" anything. I'm an engineer, so I like to do my own research and my own homework. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went out and found it. When I asked her for her opinion, she gave it willingly. When I asked her for facts, she was non-subjective. At all times, she was extremely professional. I can appreciate being put in a position where one customer will treat her differently than another and she is able to adapt as needed for the customer.

Wedding Day Diamonds is wise to hire professionals like her to represent them. In a digital age, having professionals and experts like Natalie on staff is exactly why people should continue to use brick and morter stores for these types of purchases. It saves time and money for the consumer and gives them a peace of mind that they would be less likely to receive anywhere else.

I highly recommend both Wedding Day Diamonds and Natalie Vaught for all diamond and jewelry purchases.

Natalie Vaught at Wedding Day in Maple Grove was a huge help in my search for the perfect wedding ring and band. My girlfriend is allergic to most metals and all the previous jewlers I visited were not very accommodating in ordering rings in metals different from the showroom piece but Wedding Day was more than willing to work with our needs and has the best warranty of all the places visited in the search. I will definitely return here in the future!

I went to wedding day diamonds and was approached by one Natalie Vaught. She was extremely helpful. I was planning on shopping other places, but Natalie really made me feel comfortable form the begining and really cared about my selection and made sure I found the perfect diamond for my now Fiance'. :) My Fiance has said over and over how perfect it was, and honestly i couldnt have made the right decision without Natalies help. In the process I had made a few different ring selections from the one I ended purchasing. She kept on digging out more pieces to insure I had the right one. Low and behold I went with a different ring and rock, All in all I couldnt be happier with my experience at wedding day and Natalie made that happen. My fiance' and I have already started looking at bands for her and rings for me and Natalie has been awesome with everything.
