Wedding Day did an amazing job of working with my specific needs about design ideas. Lindsey helped me through the mess that was in my head and into something organized and concrete. She was so patient and the store has a great selection of diamonds. They are incredibly quick to get any custom work done. Lindsey even helped me from across state lines at a distance. Super quality experience and highly recommend Wedding Day, especially Lindsey. Also, phenomenal insurance for rings. Hands down best experience while engagement ring shopping

If you go to Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove, Minnesota- I would ONLY recommend SHAUNA K. She is the most genuine, down to earth, friendly and most caring person there.(Plus!... She is cute and stylish!) She truly cares about her customers down to the core. She will take good care of you from start to finish and will make sure that you love the ring! She took me by suprised when she first approached me...I am so thankful that it was she who gave me that odd gesture to help me with my ring, because she turned out to be the best one there. =) If you go to Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove, Minnesota-ask for Shauna K. You won't regret it. Also a tip for buying a ring...make sure you spend all the time you need for it...and that you love it.

My experience at Wedding Day Diamonds was exceptional. Shauna and her team do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable and satisfied. I purchased an engagement ring on an evening night, and returned the next day to the store with a bit of buyers' remorse, as a result of my hasty shopping habits. Shauna THANKED ME for returning so that she could have the opportunity to ease my worries. We then spent the next couple hours looking at different diamonds, and I ended up exchanging the one I previously purchased. I then left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase decision. I can't thank Shauna and her team enough!

Dean & Umit, I recommend a pay increase to Shauna and her team!!! At the same time, I plan on returning for other jewelry needs, so let's not get so carried away that it affects your pricing strategy, and ultimately my pocketbook :)

I can't believe how great they are at Wedding Day in Maple Grove! My wife used to work in jewelry so she is very picky about her jewelry. She had dropped some "subtle" hints about a particular pearl necklace that she was hoping for. I had shopped a few other jewelry stores in Maple Grove and was not finding what she had in mind. I swung into Wedding Day and the service was excellent from the start. Shauna was so patient! We spent almost an hour together going over different styles and sizes, who knew there were so many types of pearls?!? Just to make sure that I got the perfect set Shauna special ordered two necklaces for me. They came in much faster than I had expected. I gave it to my wife and she loved it, sorta. The pearls were the perfect size and color but the clasp was not the style she wanted. She was disappointed and even though she loved it she wanted me to just return it. Well when I got back to the store Shauna said that she would find me the clasp my wife was looking for. The next day she called me and had found a vendor in Germany that carried what I was looking for! My wife has no idea that I didn't actually return it and I will be surprising her again with it next week! Shauna is literally the greatest customer service focused salesperson I have met in a long, long time! I am not the type of person who writes reviews so trust me when I say that the service was that good. In the future, I will start and end my jewelry searches at Wedding Day Diamonds.

Thank You Natalie! After shopping around for an engagement ring for my fiance and getting nowhere, I decided to visit Natalie at Wedding day in Maple Grove. Besides the ring I picked out (with her help, of course) it was the best decision I made. She is very personable and really knows her stuff! I went in there with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and she helped me pick out the perfect combination of setting and stone. The ring is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have done it without her.

For all of you guys out there that are nervous about shopping for an engagement ring...don't be! This was one of the easiest shopping experiences of my life. That's saying a lot coming from a guy that can't stand shopping for a pair of jeans. Get into Wedding Day in Maple Grove and ask for Natalie, you won't be disappointed.

The thing that makes Wedding Day Diamonds above all others is the STAFF! Shauna is absolutely the best! After stopping at the competition , we walk in to "WDD" and found the experience to be far superior to the rest. We actually had FUN shopping and Shauna is the reason. She was able to help us find exactly what we had searched all over for and could not have made it more enjoyable. Thanks Shauna for everything!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Wedding Day Diamonds. Natalie helped us pick out the perfect diamond, by educating us about them and showing us a wide variety available in our price range. We were completely satisfied with the quality and service at Wedding Day Diamonds.
