Come for the Coffee, Come Back for the Service. One the challenges of any franchise is how to maintain a consistant level of excellence, while creating a certain degree of individuality for each store that reflects the culture of the community in which the store is located.

The Savage, MN Starbucks has done just that. As a gold card carrying Starbuck devotee, I have had Starbucks all over the US and in several foreign countries and our little Savage Starbucks can compete with the best.

Jodi, the store manager, is the classic Minnesotan, friendly, professional and remembers my name and drink each time I visit the store. The staff or "partners" follow suit as if they were all raised in the same house:)! The store is compulsive obsessive clean and my drinks are consistently excellent. I must say this group has it down!

Staff makes you feel so at home and welcome! Good drinks, eats and humor!. I just want to give props to my coffee friends! Kathy and Brett, you make coming to get coffee so much fun no matter if I'm going through the drive-thru or inside the shop, it's always a blast. You can take a bad day and make it good. I always leave laughing! Thanks you guys for always taking care of me and Kris and even my doggy, Benzo. You spoil us with great service! Oh yeah, they also make great drinks! Brett has no problem loading you up on expresso and Kathy loves fillin us up on bakery goodies! If you want a great place to go, this is the place! Look for my buds, Kathy & Brett...tell em Jill sent you! Enjoy! P.S. Brett can do the best "Borat" impersonation, ask him to share it with you...hilarious!
