Only if you don't want your brows to match..... Service provider kept touching her hair and pulling it out of her face during the brow waxing. Brows ended up terribly unmatched, one noticeably shorter than the other. Not what we expected, not at all. Will go elsewhere, that is, after they fill in.

Wonderful!. I must say I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was kind when I called and checked in for my appt. Krystal was very professional during my brazillian waxing. The owner was at the reception desk when I was done and she took care of checking me out. She asked me kindly how my service was and she gave me a discount for prebooking my next visit. There were cards up front for 20% off a facial with Krystal so I got one of those as well. I am excited to try other services at Extrados! Again, I had a wonderful experience with everyone I came in contact with~ I will be recommending this salon to everyone I know :)

Plastic hooks on a bra?. I purchased a supposedly "superior" bra from the unmentionables, and within the first week, the plastic piece strap holder broke. I returned it and a couple weeks later received a replacement, and now that plastic piece has broken again. I have purchased many bras from Victorias secret, none have plastic hooks and none have broken. I purchase one bra at this place that is supposed to be "better", (and definitely more expensive) and it breaks twice?? And its made of plastic?? I won't be back, and I will continue to give my money to more reliable products and a better selection.

Why Bother?. I've been to the Minneapolis Extrados, where their products are never stocked, they are consistently out of inventory, and the attitude in the place completely stinks. Why would they make another one of these awful places?! They had the same clothes as they did when I visited their "temporary" hold up in their offices in Minneapolis. Their construction on this new space was shotty to say the least, and the layout just stinks. Why on earth would you put a spa in a building that has an active railroad right behind it? If you want an uninterrupted facial I suggest you check the schedule of the railroad and schedule your appointment accordingly. Definitely NOT Wayzata material. Try Saint Paul, honey, or some of the less "defined" suburbs, you might have better luck there.

waste of space. total waste of space. stopped in a couple times and they have the same clothes they had a year ago. not recommended.
