One of the best Jewelry stores in town! After visiting a few big name jewelry chains and small local mom-and-pop stores, I came across Wedding Day, and will never look back. I spent weeks searching for an engagement ring and was often faced with pushy salespeople, unrealistic prices, and no actual help only the intentions of selling. Andrea took the time to get to know me and was very personable. I felt as if she wasn't trying to simply sell me a product but help me find the perfect ring for my future wife. I told her about my soon-to-be wife and we taught me a little bit about diamonds and the various cuts. She helped me pick out the right ring within 2 hours of enjoyable conversation and education. Finally, my search is over! Thanks, Wedding Day!!!

Best place for engagement rings! Andrea was super helpful (and patient) to help me find the perfect ring and diamond. Sales process is relaxed and enjoyable as you are able to compare as many rings as you want, and they have a lot. Everyone in the store is helpful and the lifetime guarantee and free cleanings are awesome. If you're making a purchase as big as an engagement ring you'd be crazy to go anywhere else!

Outstanding customer service!!! My husband and I went in to the Burnsville Wedding Day store just looking for ideas on how to have my diamond from my original wedding set removed and placed in a whole new wedding set. I had no idea what I even wanted. I felt so overwhelmed. Melissa greeted us and showed us several different options to narrow down what I liked. She was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us. The set that I decided on came in a round setting, but my diamond was a marquise. Melissa called the designer to see if they could customize the setting to fit my diamond. They said they could. I was very nervous about ordering a ring set without actually seeing what it would look like.

When my ring came in, I was not happy with how the band fit with the engagement ring. It was not what I expected. When I went back to the store to discuss my concerns, I thought I would have a hassle on my hands. That is not what happened at all. They understood my concerns and wanted to make sure I was happy. Everyone at the store was so great and helped me with ideas on how to make it better !! Ultimately, the designer remade a new band for my set that I am now very happy with.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service that I received from everyone. It is so hard to find that anywhere anymore. Thank you so much Melissa and everyone else at Wedding Day in Burnsville!!! You are fantastic!!

Superior service and best quality. I went to Wedding Day to start the search for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. What I didn't know, nor plan, is that my search ended quickly at Wedding Day. I was welcomed to the store right away and the search for the "perfect" engagement ring was narrowed down.

John Fernandes helped keep the overwhelming feeling from looking at hundreds of different engagement rings to choose from. John asked great questions and found the style I was looking for. I did some comparison shopping for diamonds, and Wedding Day certainly does have better pricing than other jewelers I've shopped at. I am extremely happy to announce that my girlfriend said YES, and we are going back to Wedding Day to see John again to purchase the wedding bands.

Excellent Service and Quality. I first went into wedding day in Burnsville 6 months ago to purchase an engagement ring for my soon to be wife. Mind you I was pretty nervous and didn't know too much about diamonds or the type of ring I wanted at all. Melissa helped go through their selection of thousands of rings to pick out the perfect one without ever making me feel uncomfortable or pressured. From there we started looking at diamonds. Melissa was very knowledgeable about all the properties of the diamond helping me select one that was just exactly what I was looking for and also fit within my budget.

At this point I had to at least check out a few other stores. That will not happen again. I felt pressured and overwhelmed. I was glad I have gone to Wedding Day first and talked to Melissa. The next day, she called me before their store had even opened to tell me she had brought in a few other diamonds that may work even better for me. I was pretty much sold at this point and went in that evening to purchase the ring. She even helped me custom design the setting, and Bridget as well as every girl she knows just love it!

Melissa went above and beyond in my book. I am in sales too, and I have learned a few things about customer service from her. We went back to get our bands there recently because Melissa had told us about a special band event. The experience was the same. Awesome!

Wedding Day in Burnsville has great service, selection, and value. Even after the sale, you get free cleanings and a great warranty. Go no place else, I won't, though hopefully I won't be getting married again!

Great service. Wedding Day Diamonds in Burnsville was great to deal with to purchase an engagement ring. They helped me create exactly the ring I wanted.

Melissa helped me from the first time I stopped in the store. We exchanged multiple phone calls, emails, and she sent me photos of rings to help me make my final decision to purchase our engagement ring from Wedding Day Diamonds. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. She made the experience very easy.

Price and selection were good, the warranty is great! They were the only jeweler I found that warranties the center stone if it is not a diamond, and they do not require you to visit them every few months to keep your warranty valid!

So patient and helpful!. Don't look at any other jewelry store when thinking of purchasing a diamond ring! Melissa at WDD in Burnsville helped my husband and I upgrade to my dream ring- and stayed within our budget! She even had models of rings shipped to the store that I had only seen online. After choosing the engagement ring, we had WDD's jeweler solder my wedding band to the e-ring- he did a wonderful job! Overall, Melissa was so patient and helpful, and we got exactly what we wanted. Plus, their warranty is not to be beat!

Best Place For Engagment Rings. I went out engagment ring shopping with my girlfriend to gauge her taste in rings before I got serious on my own. We had hit a couple of stores before heading out to the Burnsville Center area to see Wedding Day and Jared. After having visited both places, there wasn't much to distinguish the 2 when it came to bands and diamonds; however, Wedding Day completely sold my girlfriend with customer service. Our salesperson Melissa spent the extra time to get to know us and our individual needs. She even emailed me with some prices and allowed me set up some options that way. My girlfriend started asking me if I had been in to talk to Melissa yet and I knew that I needed to get her ring from Wedding Day. They gave me a good price on the ring with an included lifetime warranty and they even had it ready for me in time to propose on Valentine's Day. My new fiance has been walking around in a daze staring at her ring and I have Wedding Day, and Melissa, to thank for it.

Above and Beyond. My wife and I came into Wedding Day Diamonds in Burnsville originally thinking we would sell our oval diamond and purchase a new ring for a round. We worked with Andrea and Melissa who were so friendly to us and gave us the idea to customize a ring and reset the oval because once they cleaned it up it really did look beautiful. They custom ordered a ring for my wife to be made specifically for our diamond and it turned out so beautiful and most important to us very unique. We loved the fact that we were not buying a ring right out of the case and that it was made just for us! Not only was the staff at Wedding Day knowledgeable but they were not pushy and really took their time to help us find the perfect ring. I am proud to tell people that I got my wifes ring at Wedding Day Diamonds and will be going there for any future purchases!
